The Fifth Stage

Team Shadow Liege marched through the entrance of Stage Five before being transported onto a strange field. They were standing at the top of a cliff that overlooked a massive pool of lava a hundred feet below. Around fifty feet in front of them was another cliff that was separated by a massive ravine.

However, this wasn't all they noticed. For some reason, there was no sign of an enemy team. They weren't sure if they were in another area similar to what had happened back at Stage Four or if they hadn't arrived as yet. This was when a hologram of the referee appeared before them.

"Greetings, Team Shadow Liege!" He began. "Congratulations on making it to Stage Five. Due to a rapid unexpected decline of players, some of the rules regulating the stages of Survival Zer0 have been temporarily changed."

"The rules have changed? What's that supposed to mean?" Asked Shade.
