(A*N*, In case you were wondering how talents are different from skills, skills are something the mc can learn over time, but talents are something that people can't just learn so that just means that mc can't learn them by practicing them.)
Luke was running through the forest looking for some animals to practice on, he kept on looking and looking for something powerful but just couldn't find anything.
'This forest is too so weak and small compared to my strength and speed now I need to get out of here, I guess I can practice these ideas on my own although it will be a lot more boring, it's good that I'm patient...ok I'm not that patient, but I still need to get stronger. First, let's get this quest done.'
Luke then looked around for a bit and found a small group of foxes about 10 or so, Luke then inspected them.

Luke then did the same thing he did with the bear and ate all of their necks swiftly.

Eat the pill and cultivate to gain a 10 percent boost to cultivating for 2 hours.

Another ball-shaped pill popped into Luke's hand, it was blue and white colored, the smell was good but the other pill he got was a thousand times better in smell. Luke then placed it into the other storage space he got.
'System how much is the next storage space cost?' Luke wanted to get another one so he didn't have to drag his axe everywhere he went.
'The next storage space will cost the host 100 gene point.'
'...Have I done something to hurt you?'

After Luke was hunting for a couple of hours he eventually got 100 gene points and spent it on another storage space, then through his axe in it.
'Well, then I better go back to the tent, I want to try some techniques.'
As soon as Luke finished his thought he caught something in the corner of his eye. When he looked around he saw it, it was almost completely transparent but with his advanced senses he was able to get a glimpse of it, and out of reaction he immediately used inspect on it.

After observing the barrier for a little longer Luke decided to head back to the camp.
About an hour later Luke returned to his home.
'I need some worms to cultivate right? I'll need to go hunting soon...wait I forgot, I got a new cultivation technique from the starter pack. I haven't taken a look at it so I guess now is as good a time as any.'

Luke then got into a meditation stance not because he thought it would help but because he thought he looked cooler.
After 10 minutes of sucking in qi, Luke got a notification.

Luke had gained 144 units of qi over the time he was cultivating.
'Well that does it, cultivating is completely boring, don't know what I was expecting, but it for sure wasn't waiting a whole day to only get about 100 qi. Whatever it's time for me to practice some ideas.'
Luke then walked out of his tent to begin his training.
'First, let's try covering my foot in qi and attacking.'
Luke then covered his foot with about 10 units of qi after doing so he kicked a tree with all his might.
The tree busted open and fell over afterward Luke heard something that was like music to his ears.

Luke then covered his whole body in qi, he was only able to create a thin layer after using 50 points of qi, but it was still enough for him to create a new skill.

'Nice, I've got one more to try, I got this idea from when I got my spirit root.'
After resting for a couple of minutes to gain some of his qi back he got in a battle position. He then did something with his qi, he took some out of his body and put it in front of him, he then added more and more qi to the ball until it got as big as a cannonball. Afterward Luke weirdly controlled his qi after twisting and turning the qi he shoved it into the earth and then unnecessarily fisted upward like he was uppercutting someone and yelled, "RISE!" When he did, a column of the ground shot up into the sky, it was wide and tall about 2 times the size of Luke.

After shouting as loud as he could, the amount of qi he used caught up to him and he passed out next to the earth tower he created.
