Anabelle sat back in her seat after taking in Ash’s concerns. “Aislinn, I appreciate you coming to me with this, I wish Lucinda was here, but she’s busy with the family of the child who died last night.”

Ash pursed her lips. “When will she be back?”

“I’m not sure. Tell me more about the woman you met yesterday.”

“She was of Lonisterian descent but she was wearing a mask…I think it was a prosthetic. She had a black aura.”

“You think she’s related to Serena?” Rose asked.

“I don’t know. She had an accent I couldn’t place. So she wasn’t a local.” Ash said.

“We’ll have to talk to Lucinda about this when she gets back, but I don’t like that Crona can talk to you.” Anabelle sighed. “I suggest you go back home, grab your siblings, and pack some clothes. I want you all to stay here until we can get this sorted out. I’ll let your father know.”

“Okay.” Ash said standing up.

Rose and Charlie stood to follow, but Anabelle stopped them. “You two stay here, we need to talk.”
