Spider Cave
Zeph and the crew received their tools from Zar.

"WEAPONS!?! HE GAVE US WEAPONS!?! ZEPH WHY WOULD YOU CHALLENGE THAT DEVIL LIKE THAT!?!" The normally calm Juliana was screaming when Zar gave them a chance to pick weapons, this also lowered the morale of the twins and Zeph.

"Maybe it's just for cutting mushrooms?" Kiyomi tried to act positively until Zar led them all to a large dark cave entrance.

"THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT!!!!" A screaming Kiyomi being held back by Kako was something to be scared about.

Soon enough they entered the cave after Zar told Kiyomi that she would run an extra 10 hours if she kept this up. Entering the cave the dripping and insect crawl immediately made Zeph, Juliana and the twins shiver in fear while Zar was walking like it was his own house. Zar being there made Zeph quite relieved since no matter how much Zar wanted to train them Zar wouldn't just leave them be.

Unfortunately it seemed like Zeph ran out of karma when he entered this world because Zar immediately stopped, spoke that this should be safe and ran outside. Afte Zar ran out the four who didn't even have enough time to react suddenly heard crawling together with a shout from Zar who was outside.

"GRAB AT LEAST 800 LEGS I LEFT A SMALL SPATIAL BAG INSIDE ZEPH'S BACKPACK!!" Hearing this message the four of them wanted to freeze their but they had to do something.

Fortunately the four had learned some basic physical skills when running straight for 5 days.

'Darn, this uncle of mine' Zeph muttered to himself and looked at his system window.

Zeph already guessed that he would need to be a speedster for this battle, although his team could also be considered speedsters Kako and Kiyomi were holding a great sword with a sheild and basic magic crossbow respectively, while Juliana was holding a basic magic bow since she was quite good at it when she was little.

Zeph stood up and told everyone their roles.

"Kako protect the two with long ranged weapons while they fire, I'll distract it." The three nodded and started to prepare.

Zeph then ran into the 1st giant spider they would kill. He removed the leather protection on the dagger as he started to swing, although he was quite unskilled with a blade Zeph jumped around to distract the giant spider while the two attack it with a bombardment of arrows, Kako on the other hand was facing against the small spiders who were relatively easy to fight.

Zeph continue to strike whenever he could until the giant spider fell down with his 11th strike on it's eye. Zeph took a glance towards his system window smiling in the process.

Happy as one could be the four celebrated for their first monster kill. The madness they faced earlier seemingly gone.

Seeing this Zar couldn't help but smile, he was currently using a ward type spell and looking after them. Although Zar seemed like a monster he had only wanted for the four to be as strong as quickly as possible.
