Forest

A day later...

Zeph, Kako, Kiyomi, and Juliana the four despite already having hours of rest already their energy is still not fully recharged yet. Zeph told his childhood stories to Juliana, while Juliana talked about the stories of the academy that her father told her, Kako was sitting down near the edge counting rocks passing by, and Kiyomi was sleeping.

"Uncle!, is the academy really that scary of a place?" Zeph who was not believing the awful stories that Juliana told asked his uncle who was feeding the horses at the front.

"Well some of it is exaugurated, they don't have a pit of Giant Snakes for detention, but they do have a Giant Snakes for decoration. The only punishment they do that I know of is spending a day with me training..." A great silence fell over the carriage, well until Zar became angry and started to complain.

"Yeah!!! What do they think of making me the punishment, I'm a person not a magical beast!!!"

.

Black lines littered the faces of both Juliana and Zeph who only wanted to know more about the school they were going to attend.

.

Zar complained and talked to himself until they arrived at a forest.

.

The forest was a dark eerie place but the people on the carriage had no fear.

.

"Ha! I win!"

.

"No fair I didn't think we would go off course."

.

"Well that's your own problem, you owe me a drink back at the city!" Smiled Juliana who was writing down a reminder for herself. The two was gambling on whether or not Zar would stop contemplating when they reached the city, Zeph had gambled that Zar, his uncle would stop when they reached the city while Juliana on the other hand gambled that he would stop on the way there.

"Would you two stop quarrelling with each other?"

"Mr. Zar must have stopped for a reason, and that reason might have something to do with..." Kiyomi who had just woken up stuttered as she felt scared that what ever she said might come true.

Kako who stopped counting rocks heard this and laughed.

.

"Oh Kiyomi you're just overexaggerating, Mr. Zar already promised us he would let us rest, he's not the kind to lie right Zeph?" Kako glanced at Zeph, to his surprise both Zeph and Juliana's eyes looked horrified while they stood there filled with terror.

"Hey... Zeph that story... about... Mister Zar... isn't real right???" Juliana asked her friend who looked exactly like a statue.

.

"Well... I was still a little kid... when that happened.., so I may have seen things..." Replied Zeph still praying in his heart.

The five finally went inside the forest, the forest gave off an eerie vibe it has given awakened even the bravest person in the world fear.

Zar went out the carriage and told the four to not follow him since the place was filled with dangers. The four nodded and stayed inside.
