Chapter 29: Who Would Want to Marry You?

Grace Gordon clenched her fists and stood still at the entrance.

The man narrowed his eyes, and it seemed that Charlie Morgan's "ignorance of the times" was within his expectations. He didn't get angry... Turning his head, through a pane of glass... he saw Grace Gordon, with her sharp eyes staring at her like a shadow, making her hair stand on end.

The man chuckled coldly, his eyes and eyebrows playing with mockery: "So that's the reason... why you wouldn't marry my sister!"

Charlie Morgan was confused and frowned.

That man, with his godlike sculpted face, walked towards the door, opened it, and faced Grace Gordon.

The first impression this man gave to Grace was danger! His whole body exuded a dangerous aura, chilling to the bone.

He looked Grace up and down, the smile at the corner of his lips somewhat wicked: "So this is what Charlie likes..."

With just a simple sentence, the man took long strides and left, lightly bumping into Grace's shoulder.
