Chapter 289: Are You Heartbroken? 1

Stanhope Brown has always believed that life is not just about right and wrong, because right and wrong are relative. What may be wrong for you... might be right for someone else. There is no absolute when it comes to right and wrong.

If Stanhope looked at it from the Browns' standpoint, the cutthroat nature of business... that's just how it is!

From Ian Leighton's perspective, the Brown Family is his enemy... and that's not wrong either.

Such tactics are especially common in the political arena, and Stanhope, as an observer, often feels indifferent.

"Have you eaten?" Stanhope asks Grace Gordon.

Grace has been waiting for his answer, hoping he would say she could stay out of it. She didn't expect him to come up with this, which had nothing to do with the answer she wanted.

Grace almost subconsciously said: "No..."

"In that case... I'll have Christopher bring you some food, you eat first... I'll go back to the Brown Family for a bit." Stanhope said like that.
