An Ultimatum

Roy immediately pushed the door open and walked in.

"Mr. Caleb, I don't think it's appropriate."

Caleb did not expect that Roy would suddenly enter. Caleb originally wanted to hide it from Roy. The expression on Caleb's face stiffened. Caleb waved at the doctor and let the doctor go out first.

"Roy, there is nothing inappropriate about this."

"Mr. Caleb, is it true? Your tumor is benign. You knew it from the beginning."

Caleb pulled a long face. "The situation could only be determined after the tumor is cut open. How can I know the details..."

Hearing Caleb's words, Roy understood.

"Then the doctor must have told you already. How could you lie to Ceres? Did you know how worried she was?"

Caleb snorted, "Roy, which side are you on?"

"Mr. Caleb, I just don't think you should lie to Ceres like this. Just tell her the truth." Roy's voice slowly softened. After all, Caleb had just finished the operation. Roy did not want to make Caleb angry.
