I stared wide-eyed at him as he grabbed my arm, making me stare into those fathomless dark eyes of his, despite being so cold and distant, its beauty still remained.

"Stop." He said again, bringing me out of my reverie and I freed my wrist from his grip, what's his issue if I tried out the formation anyway.

"What's your business if I use the formation or not, as long as I'm determined I'm sure to get it right."

I stubbornly said but he only tsked in disappointment while staring at me.

"You don't only need determination but brains too." He added and I blinked as the thought hit me, was he trying to imply that I had no brains??

I knew I should have left him to die at that shore.

"Your steps could be miscalculated and you might not receive up to the amount of energy you want, jumping right into such a formation without knowing the methods underneath it could be serious."
