What An Immortal

It was already late evening when I made my way into Lord Qui's kitchen, I was starving greatly to the point I could eat anything but not anyone.

I couldn't help but admire the kitchen myself as it looked really majestic and I stopped walking when I reached for the counter.

Lamps were lit in every corner of the hall, adding to the beauty of the place, complimenting the dark blue sky outside which was already covered in many stars. It would take some time getting used to seeing such brightness but I preferred it way more than the dark dungeon.

My parents always said something about following the light but I had such a complicated situation that I only felt comforted when left in the dark, but right now, I felt a completely different thing and it gave me the comfort that I felt would leave me forever.

I didn't want to dwell on that and took a deep breath, trying to concentrate on what was before me.

"Okay so what to eat?"
