'I'm fucked!' Seung-Ki lost his mind. He was scared.
"That's enough, Seung-Ki Choi. You stay. Everyone else, leave." The head director seemed pissed.
Ha Min was walking down the hallway with a friend. "So? What happened to Seung-Ki Choi?"
"It won't go on his school record, but he'll probably lose trust of his parents and teachers."
"How disappointing. But what a relief for Joon-Woo!"
"I guess so..."
'The more I think about it the more strange it is. How could've he been so badly prepared for that? How could he...' Ha Min was suspicious of what happened. 'Unless he took Joon-Woo for an easy target from the start.'
Her friend stopped "Oh? Isn't that Joon-Woo?"
Ha Min in response got back to reality.
"PUHAHAHAH! LOOK AT YOUT FACE! Is your face a punching bag?" Jong Hwa made fun of him. "You bastard." Jong Hwa noticed the girls first, then Joon-Woo turned around. "Oh! Hey, Ha Min! What's up?" Joon-Woo looked happy to see her...
Then took a punch to his face from the angry Ha Min. "What's with your face you fucking idiot?! Ugh! You keep looking like a loser! That's why Seung-Ki picked on you. Wait, what happened?" She only now realized. "Why are you hurt again?"
"HAHAHA you serious?! You got caught? Hahaha, I really didn't expect that." Tae Won Kim had a cigarette in his mouth again. "Fuck, right? They found out that it was all a lie. You said if I said it was Joon-Woo it'd be a sure thing. Now what?" Seung-Ki complained.
"Shut the fuck up, bitch! It's because you couldn't bring the money. But.. Wow, our Joon-Woo's grown up, huh? Speaking up for himself now?" He took a puff.
"It wasn't him. Some other bitch covered his ass. The Class Rep for class 1-5, Ha... Something Park." Seung-Ki put a cigarette in his mouth. "It was that bitch."
"Huh? No way! Joon-Woo Choi doesn't have any friends, that bastard."
"I don't know. It wasn't even her business but she was involved in the investigation."
"Nah, she was probably just doing her job as a Class Rep."
"Class Rep my ass. Now, what am I gonna do?" Annoyed and furious he stared into the distance. Tae Won Kim put his arm on Seung-Ki's shoulder and smirked "Whaddya mean? Just insist it was Joon-Woo since it wasn't him who spoke up."
"Yo, Seung-Ki was lying the whole time." The whole class was talking about it now. "For real?! Crazy asshole!"
"Poor Joon-Woo! He should sue him for making false accusations."
"Seung-Ki Choi's always been a weasel."
"Haha, but why didn't Joon-Woo stand up for himself? I'd feel so wronged I wouldn't be able to sleep."
"Well, you know how he is."
Joon-Woo just sat down on his chair. 'What's this... Why'd the mood change? They're talking smack about Seung-Ki. Forget that.' He laid his chin on his fist. 'Right now I'm more concerned about Tae Yang. That usually rage-filled jerk is so calm right now. It's making me feel uneasy.' Looking down at the table he thought about their fight not too long ago.
Though, an angry high schooler entered the room. "Joon-Woo Choi, you fucking thief! Get your ass up now!" Glancing at Seung-Ki he had no time to react and his desk was kicked, Seung-Ki's foot now resting on his desk. "You son of a bitch! Do you find it funny, getting away with it by blaming it on me?" Kicking Joon-Woo he shouted "You have no shame, you motherfucker! Give me back my money, now!"
'What?! Why?' Joon-Woo did not see that coming. They got the attention of all the students in class. "You're the one who stole it!"
"What do you mean?! I.. I'm not the one..."
The sleeping Tae Yang woke up and stared at them now, his head still laying low. Seung-Ki then grabbed Joon-Woo by his shirt. "Don't fucking lie. You'd better bring me the money tomorrow and admit you did it."
'What's this jerk saying?!' He was confused. "Seung-Ki... You've got the wrong guy. I really didn't do it."
"No?! Then why'd you stay quiet?! You stayed quiet because you felt guilty!"
"Yo." Seung-Ki halted. Joon-Woo looked to his right, seeing Tae Yang from the corner of his eyes. "Shut up", he said, sleepy and still laying down on the table. "Stop annoying me and leave. Talk later."
"Oh... Sorry, Tae Yang. You, get up. We'll go outside."
Joon-Woo was helpless. Not being able to socialize or stand up for himself was hard. "N... No... This really isn't fair. I'm not good at talking. I'm sorry you lost your money but-" "SHUT THE FUCK UP AND COME OUTSIDE!"
"Are you fucking serious? You think you're cute, motherfucker?" Tae Yang slammed his desk and got up, confronting Seung-Ki. "I told you to talk later."
Seung-Ki didn't even look him in his eyes. Instead he avoided eye contact and scratched his head. "Ah... I wasn't trying to wake you up... But fucking Joon-Woo keeps ignoring me..."
Tae Yang lifted his head, glaring at him. "So? Whaddya want me to do about it? Get lost, fucker."
"Ah..." Seung-Ki sighed, turned around and trudged away. Joon-Woo couldn't comprehend what just happened. 'What... Happened just now?' He looked at Tae Yang. Tae Yang looked at him. "What're ya looking at, fucker? Want to get your ass beaten? So annoying." He walked back to his seat.
Joon-Woo dodged his threat. 'Of course, this son of a bitch.'
"Hey, Yangji. Cmon! Let's go to the convenience store!"
"Yeah, you go on ahead alone!"
Students were talking at the door.
'Still... He helped me out a bit. Though that won't make all the things that bastard did disappear.'
"Hey, Joon-Woo!" It was Seung Ah. "What's wrong with your face?! Why'd you get hurt this time?" She worriedly looked at him. Beside her was a female friend of hers. "Hi!" Sol Han, 17. She went into Class 1-4 and was Seung Ah's best friend.
"Oh... Hi, Seung Ah. Who's your friend?" - "Oh, I'm Sol Han!"
'She must be the friend Seung Ah told me about on Random Chat... Best friends...'
"I know this is out of the blue..." They curiously listened, "But have you two ever made up after a big fight?"
"I don't really fight, haha!" Seung Ah stated. Sol Han then hit her shoulder a couple times "Hey, we just fought last week! Hahaha." - "Oh, did we? Hehe. Well, still..."
"I forgot all that after we made up" she said with a bright face.
'If you made up... Would it really be the end?' Closing his eyes he once again wandered through the past.
Chapter 27, end.
Episode 2, end.
"Yo, I heard Tae Yang Lee's looking for us. Looks like he made up with Joon-Woo Choi." He was talking to a buff guy full of tattoos. He faced him with his back, squatting while puffing.
"What are you going to do? Young Yoon Shin?"
NOTE:
And with that, I strongly advise you to read the Webtoon of this beautiful story, since I plan on not covering the Webnovel for a long time. Maybe I am going to stop completely too - as this only exists to promote the original Webtoon!
Happy New Year, cheers.
