Evan looked at the handkerchief Louie handed. Then he pulled a white handkerchief with embroidery from his pocket, "I appreciate the thought, but I already have one made by my wife," he said as he smiled while looking at it.

"Is that so?" Louie said and took the handkerchief back. Marianne's smile faded upon hearing Evan's response and how he smiled as he looked at the cloth.

"Is the embroidery made by her?" The Empress asked as she looked at his handkerchief.

Evan nodded, "It was hers, indeed." he said.

The Empress smiled as she looked at the handkerchief while the Emperor cleared his throat.

"My Empress, you know how much I love handkerchiefs, right?" He said.

The Empress turned to him, "You have plenty of them in your collection. I won't make it anymore." she said. The Emperor looked dejected upon hearing her response.
