" It seems he did pass the tests in the scythe and became this generation's wielder." says one of the oldmen watching the new appearance of Shane.

"Mhm, but it's as you had said, he doesn't have that much power now, it is kind of a disappointment." said another of the old men.

" Disappointment? where? Only a fool would look at it like that, you must know even though he is weak right now his potential for growth is higher than ours, and his position and authority have already surpassed ours."

" So I ask you where exactly is the Disappointment, if he lives long enough we are looking at one of the future strongest beings in the universe." says another of the old men.

" He's right, he is important our God should already have a plan in place to make sure he reached his full potential."

" I wonder what it could......" he didn't get to finish his sentence as everyone present felt a sudden uncontrollable urge and knelt one after the other.

Even the flames burning around Shane had disappeared as he turned back to his normal state and knelt on the ground as well.

" These lowly beings greet the eternal God." the old men's faces were currently pressed into the ground as they spoke.

Fury was also kneeling and was currently very surprised at the whole situation, but then he heard the old men speak.

And for all his faults, there was one thing Fury wasn't, and that was stupid.

After hearing what they said, Fury was already aware of who or what had caused this situation, and even though he didn't really believe in God, he wisely chose to be quiet and observe the situation.

It had already been a while and there had been no movement, but the oldmen and Shane showed no signs of impatience and kept their heads pressed to the ground.

Kneeling was fine but they didn't need to press their heads into the ground, but they weren't doing it out of their free will.

The truth of the matter was simply the old men were very strong individuals, but they had gained their power from being blessed by one of the strongest devils, so they were currently not humans but devils.

They had given up their humanity for power, and because Cul created the devils his presence and an Innate suppression on them, and those who carried their blood.

With Shane, it was the same but by extension of the Scythe he was currently the wielder of, Cul had created it and put in place a suppression effect in his presence, even if it wasn't his real body.

But they weren't the only ones who felt the arrival of Cul.

Alice had felt the arrival of her father, she stopped what she was doing and looked in the direction she felt his presence and disappeared.

The Ancient one also felt Cul presence, and she could tell it wasn't his real body and was just a projection of his consciousness, but it didn't matter, she did t dare go looking for trouble or ask his intentions.

She stayed sitting sipping her tea as she look at the situation knowing it was smart to not interfere.

The Ancient one wasn't a coward, she was far from it in fact, being able to fight beings like Dormammu.

But she was also smart, Cul had protected earth for many years far longer than she had been in existence, not to mention she didn't even have the power to confront Cul's protection of his consciousness, she chose to sit still seeing as Cul had protected the planet and shouldn't have any bad intentions.

Back at the site where Cul consciousness had descended, A beautiful girl had appeared floating in the sky capturing the attention of those present.

The oldmen even though their heads had been pressed into the ground still saw and sensed Alice's arrival, and knew right away who she was.

" Father, have you come to bring me back?" Alice asked.

"...."

" Do you think I would need to appear for you to come back?" a voice sounded in response to her question.

" Hahaha, I guess not so what are you doing here old man?" asked Alice showing her childish self to her father.

" Haven't you already noticed the descent of the Scythe, I'm here because a wielder has already been chosen." says Cul.

" Already that been fast but since you aren't here to send me back, I'll leave first." says Alice.

"Mhm, enjoy yourself I'm sure some interesting things will happen soon." says Cul as Alice had turned away but hearing what her father said she stopped.

" I interesting things, it seems things are under your control as normal, I bet you knew I would come before I did." says Alice.

" Of course, I knew, you're my daughter, and I know you better than anyone else." says Cul.

Hearing this Alice smiled.

"I bet you don't dare say that in front of mother." Alice says as she disappears.
