CHAPTER TEN: "The Ability of Fairies"

Marcus, Rico, Haj, and Soleman are currently under the magic of the red Fairies, an Encantation Magic. The fairies do not know about Alir's ability as an Elf. He could escape an Encantation or Magic illusion. Besides, he had the ability to hide his mantra and being skilled with a knife-like his sister Alice.

A fairy smiled and said, "It's not a loss for a child like you. We have four more to eat today."

"And it looks like their mantras are more delicious if it's for him." said another fairy.

"Marcus ..." Alice could not hide her concern for the prince.

"Don't worry. I read about their weakness." And again Elion remembered the book she had read.

"What?" Karin asked as if she also could not hide her concern from her comrades.

And the princess continued, "They are blind and they can only see our mantras. They can't see in cold weather, so they are asleep when the sun is freezing and awake in weather like this."

"In that case, Alir I will borrow your skills first. You just stand behind us." Alice commanded her brother when she suddenly had an idea.

"All right sister." And Alir extended his hand to his older sister.

"Mana .... Kata. !!" Alice, on the other hand, uttered her magic that captures the magic and abilities of others. And due to the loss of Alir's magic, he immediately fainted and sat down.

"Will you try to take back our food ??" The first fairy asked as she raised one hand, signaling an attack.

Insects swarmed around. And because of the hypnotism, they managed to control Rico who immediately rushed the insects towards Elion.

"Swords Barrier !!!" Karin immediately made a barrier to repel that attack, "Then they can also control what they are hypnotized."

"Ulta Metra Nisa !!" Alice recited Alir's magic and used her brother's ability to hide her mantra. Because of that, the fairies can no longer see her.

"Ha.? The inquisitive young lady is gone." Said the second fairy when they noticed Alice was gone on their sight.

"That's okay. She can't get through our barrier." The third Fairy said that who controls their barrier.

"We'd better finish you off ..." And the first fairy raised her hand again to signal the attack once more.

Haj hit his two palms once in front of Karin and it created a strong wave of wind.

"WHAT ?! SWORD BARRIER !!!" And again, Karin quickly made a barrier to repel the attack but it did nothing and was completely destroyed. And the three of them fled.

Karin slowly stood up, "How can we defeat them if .... those with us are still using them to attack us.?"

Elion fell to her knees when she fled, "I know how we're going to fight them.".

Karin turned to the princess,

"What's that?"

"Karin, protect me. I'll let Marcus into their minds. If they use hypnotism, I'll use hypnotism too."

"All right. If you're sure of what you're thinking, I'm counting on you." Karin answered and she faced the Encantria tree where the fairies were standing. "Weapon Equipt !!! Silver Armor !!!" Upon reciting her magic, her entire garments turned to silver. "Silversword Barrier !!!" And she surrounded them with a silver sword.

The fairies just laughed, "And what are you up to? No one has come out of the Wicked Forest yet !! HAHAHAHA !!!"

After that, Soleman disappeared and suddenly appeared in front of Karin without them being aware. And Karin was no longer able to avoid Soleman's attack and she fled again.

"He's very fast ....." Karin said as she slowly stood up.

Since the fairies can't see Alice, she gets a chance to reach Soleman and touch him to get the magic and even his ability.

"Mana ... Kata!"

Lepriconn suddenly collapses due to the loss of magic that shocked the fairies.

"What happened??!" Asked with a surprise of the first fairy.

"I think it was made by that woman who suddenly disappeared." The second fairy answered.

The first and second red fairies control men's minds while the third fairies block them so that they can't attack Karin and the other physically.

"We'd better get that other guy moving. I think he's an instrumental magician because of his guitar in his back." said the third fairy when she noticed Marcus.

"All right .. Let's finish this!" The first fairy agrees.

Karin was worried when she heard what the fairies said because she had suddenly thought, "No ... It's time for Marcus to use the pause magic, we're done."

Because of that, Karin thought about Alice could use Soleman's magic to attack Marcus before he could even use his magic.

"Alice ?! You have to attack Marcus to stop him from using magic.!"

"What.? But ...? I can't hurt him."

And once again the first fairy raised one of her hands, "Man !! Now attack !!"

Then, Marcus took his guitar from behind. Karin, on the other hand, slowly stood up from her slump when Soleman kicked her.

"No."

And from behind of Karin, the princess said, "I'll take care of it ... SENTOSA !!!" Elion uttered her magic that penetrating and controlling the mind of the creature. And from the bottom of her mind, she said, "I'm sorry it took so long. Because I still need concentration to do this."

Karin was surprised, "Is that right? You're talking to us in your mind?"

"You're right ... This is my ability as a half-natural magician."

Because of the magic Elion used, she was able to prevent Marcus's attack. And now, she also has control over the men's minds.

Elion is a half-Elf and half-natural magician. Because her mother is an Elf and her father is a Natural magician. And unfortunately, her mother passed away when she was born.
