Chapter 15 – Stay

During Leo's stay at the hospital, he and Zhao Sean had done nothing but talk. And true to Zhao Sean's words, he stayed the night after asking his doctor for permission.

And Leo was so thankful because Zhao Sean still stayed when he left for his examination and when he was wheeled back in, Zhao Sean was still there, reading something on his laptop. He had smiled and asked Leo how he was feeling and how did the tests go. It had meant a lot to Leo, and he was happy that someone stayed.

The first night he had to stay, Leo couldn't sleep and he kept tossing and turning on the hospital bed. Zhao Sean's story kept replaying in his head and the guy just went out to ask for permission to stay. Okay, he's worried. After sensing that Zhao Sean wanted to cut again, he feared that he'll really do it even though he made Zhao Sean promise. He couldn't fall asleep with that thought bugging him and he was almost ready to look for Zhao Sean when the door opened and in walks the man himself.
