2 Trials

" Yes, and that you have already recovered and are ready for the next trial?"-the man was even surprised.

The qi beam passed within a few centimetres of him and Warren lost no time in immediately counterattacking, releasing the qi beam at a strange angle, his opponent mistook this attack for a mistake and lunged, making a vertical attack, which Warren blocked with the blade, and immediately hit the opponent's stomach with the shaft. The man intercepted the attack with his hand, but he still had to take a step diagonally back and at this moment, the qi beam that Warren had released earlier hit the man in the Achilles tendon, however, without causing damage, yet the man's strength far exceeded that of Warren.
But the man did not expect to get any damage in this sparring, and what Warren showed already surprised him very much, he knew that if they were really at the same level of development, then he would have already lost to Warren.
"What a terrifying combat intuition!" -the man noted in his heart and, noticing the blow already rushing at him, hurriedly said - "That's enough!" - the blade froze a millimetre from his neck. The whole fight lasted less than a second.
" Eh! I was already hoping for a good fight..."-Warren sighed sadly, he didn't take any advantages out of this fight, but it's no wonder, the higher someone's achievements in any aspect, the more difficult it is to advance further. In the rest of the trials, Warren received improvements only because he was new to them, but in close combat, he rightly considered himself the best.
"Khe-khe..." - the man coughed in embarrassment, the trial were needed to test the candidates, and this trial rather made the examiner lose face, realizing that he was inferior to the examinee.
"Okay, get some rest if you need to, and then we'll continue."-the man said before he left and sat down on his throne.
Warren did not fail to take advantage of this time and decided to rest, he was not sure about the next trial, yet the elements of space and time are among the most difficult to understand elements, second only to the element of fate in this aspect.

The man turned to Warren with congratulations- " Congratulations on passing the Space-Time Trial! Warren, being in the domain of space, and in particular, in the domain of time, lost track of time and was a little surprised by the words about the rapid passage of the test.
"You've only spent three days, which is commendable for such difficult concepts!"- the man explained, realizing that Warren could not objectively perceive time during the test.

"The next trial will be very different from those that were before, this is not even a test in the usual sense of the word, rather it is a reward, but still you will have to try to get it." - said the man.
"Can I ask you a question?"-asked Warren.
"It depends entirely on the question."-the man replied.
"I've never heard of the element of destruction, so what will the Trial of Destruction be?"- The guy voiced his question.
"Hah, you're right, the energy of destruction doesn't exist, but you probably might have heard of the Ancient Gods of Destruction or Creation. What do you think is their distinguishing feature? Why are they called that?"-the man didn't answer directly.
Warren had indeed heard of the Ancient Gods of Destruction and Creation, as far as he knew, these gods could use a large number of elements and their distinctive features were not immediately named, usually, such gods who could use several elements were given a title, according to which they were called, for example, the same Emperor of Terror. But when God is called God, it is never a title, it indicates that God controls only one aspect, but the Ancient Gods of Destruction and Creation do not fit into this concept. Because Warren couldn't come up with any coherent explanation on his own, he could only look at the man questioningly.

The trial of Destruction will be that you must learn to use all your elements in a destructive way."-He explained to Warren.

"But doesn't that mean I have to face the opposite camp?"- asked Warren doubtfully, he didn't want to sign up for some dubious adventure or, for example, carry the burden of some ruthless destroyer.
Seeing Warren's thoughts- " The fact that you will be the God of Destruction does not oblige you to destroy, just as the personality of the God of Death does not oblige you to sow death, and the personality of the God of Fire does not oblige you to set fire to everything around you, all decisions and choices in your life depend only on your will."
"And what is required of me as your heir?"-Warren continued to ask, if something didn't suit him, he would rather give up all the benefits.
"Nothing!"
