Real Disciple

Ervice dropped a huge pile of items composed of aura cores, fragrance cores, a variety of cultivation resources, energy restorers, cognition orbs, and a few information crystals.

Enopy walked over to the massive pile of items. He looked into his space ring and was about to ask Ervice for a space ring, but he noticed a shiny item flying at him.

He moved fast and caught it he soon realized that it was a space ring.

"I had to search through my collection to find this black space ring," Ervice announced as he walked away.

"Thanks," Enopy said as he continued to think, "it's like he can read my mind" he soon turned his attention back to the space ring he sent his consciousness into it.

"Broad," the word resounded in his mind when his sight was revealed to a giant space which he was unable to see the end of without moving his consciousness.

He took a second and looked at the broad, barren space; he soon came out of his trance and stuffed the items into it while quickly scanning through the pile.

"Huh?" he stopped absorbing the Items into his space ring and picked up a small dark blue case; he popped it open.

Suddenly something jumped out of the case. Enopy quickly dodged, but something stopped him from moving as something entered his eyes, and his sight turned blurry.

Soon he was let go, and he fell to the ground. soon his sight was revealed to Ervice stepping over him, before he got up and said.

"Why do you keep doing shit like this"

"Calm down; I just gave you a little gift look above my head" Ervice said as he pointed up.

Enopy stepped back and looked above Ervice's head.

"Huh, what's this" Enopy asked in confusion.

"it's a power appraiser it tells the power of people, but you won't use it frequently most people have defenses against it, but against lone cultivators, it could be beneficial but don't overuse it, or it could damage your eyes, to control it push your consciousness to your eyes and think off. do the same to turn it on. You can always take them off just think to disable" Ervice said quickly.

"Alright, thanks," Enopy said as he walked over to the cut-down pile and resumed absorbing the items into his new black space ring. It took him little time to transfer the items in his old space ring to his new one.

"Ugh," Enopy stumbled and held his head; he was unable to feel the effects of the mind trainer before, but he was just hit with extreme pressure on his mind causing him to stumble.

"It finally kicked in" Ervice suddenly appeared and said.

"This is the third time you appear at times like this; how are you watching me," Enopy said as he massaged his forehead.

"It comes with the perks of being a technique manipulator; oh wait, I never explained what technique manipulators are," Ervice said as he showed an expression of realization.

"Ok, so technique manipulators are a branch of manipulators that focus mostly on the mind making us able to manipulate techniques, but our power doesn't only focus on technique manipulation we used to be called mind manipulators, but we got pushed down, killed, and got weak. Most of the good training methods and offensive techniques for mind manipulators were lost in the great war, but some still exist", Ervice said as his eyes went and he dived into his memories. "that's it, now hurry up and learn how to multitask", Ervice pulled himself back to reality and ordered.

Enopy went back to his 3rd-floor room and began practicing. he knew that Ervice didn't want to talk about the war so he placed it in the back of his mind.

Time moved fast as Enopy and Ervice did their own thing.

"Ervice, I would like to go back to the training ground," Enopy said as he glared at Ervice, who lay on a red couch.

"Oh?, Haha, you think you are ready, fine. you know where to go; I'll give you partial control; you can open and close the room, but you can't control the sound or the bots," Ervice said as he opened his eyes and glanced at Enopy.

Enopy processed these words as he walked down the endless flight of stairs.

"Close" Enopy entered the room and ordered, "Boom, clank" the door closed and locked in response to Enopy's order.

The sharp sound Instantly entered Enopy's consciousness. Enopy made no evident moves or reactions as he walked to the middle of the room; he stood there in silence waiting, waiting for the robots to appear.

Soon his wants appeared, and the robots came flying at him.

He jumped at one and landed on top of its shoulders; he ripped its head off and jumped off its body; he threw the head at another one and crushed its head he soon reached another one, but he lost his momentum and had to land on the ground, but that didn't stop him from throwing a deadly punch at the robot in front of him his fist went right through it. Enopy wasted no time and moved on to the other bots.

Minutes later, he cleared the group of robots.

He returned to the middle of the room once again and waited but not long later, another group of robots appeared, but this time they were ranked two, and there were 30 of them.

"It's good that they don't have techniques," Enopy said as he jumped back, dodging an attack as he glared at the gray and blue colored robots.

His senses suddenly went off, making him turn his body. while in the air he saw a robot sending a deadly punch at him he reacted quickly and kicked its fist he used his other leg and kicked the side of its abdomen sending it into the wall. during this time the other robots never stopped chasing after Enopy pushing him into an endless battle.

He took them out one by one, but by his 13th robot, his mind shield had formed a couple of cracks, but Enopy was surrounded and given no time to run; they sent a barrage of attacks, and Enopy was only able to block or parry he was forced to withstand a barrage of attacks and the injuries eventually stacked up.

Enopy tried to push them away with his fragrance, but there feet grew nails that kept them in place, and some sacrificed themselves to keep him there.

He had no other option but to keep trying; he materialized his swords and sent out his body fragrance; as he ran towards the door, he sliced at the bots in his way, but they threw themselves at him as the ones behind him grabbed onto him. Enopy charged his body with his core fragrance and powered through.

"Open!" He shouted as the bots tore his skin and muscles trying to stop him.

The door slammed open, Enopy walked out with a number of robots on his shoulders and ankles, as some grew nails on their fingers and dug their fingers into him.

"Hahahahahahaha, that looks like it hurts; you'll be fine, here."

"Snap!" Ervice snapped, and suddenly the mountain of bots disappeared, and Enopy's tumbling figure was revealed.

"Oh, don't fall now, here drink this," Ervice said as he turned into a blur before he appeared behind Enopy and caught him by his collar before he handed him a bottle.

Enopy quickly drank it, and his injuries stopped bleeding and grew new skin leaving no scars and giving him a burst of energy.

"Why didn't you give me a bunch of those instead of all the items," Enopy said sarcastically.

"Well, if you were my real disciple, you could have mountains of these," Ervice replied sarcastically as he walked towards the spiral stairs.

"I think you're ready for some techniques," Ervice said as his face turned solemn.
