Wasteful

Despite Athel's feelings Kolitis still put him through some gruesome training after what Athel had said Kolitis make sure that the training would be extra hard

If someone was to walk into this special training area they could see Athel hanging upside down doing curls as hundreds of weights hung from his body, pools of sweat formed under him but his determined face never left fled as he continued on

After doing about 20 more he quickly removed his legs from the bar flipped over and grabbed it with his hands before he started doing pull ups

"Good, good, good!" Kolitis clapped as he nodded in approval

But Athel didn't give him the time of day and he continued on with his training

"Tsk, tsk, tsk, well with that attitude you might as well do an extra hundred, you're welcome!" Kolitis said before he quickly disappeared

"Petty" Athel said in his mind briefly

Suddenly a hologram appeared but Athel continued doing his pull-ups but he was forced to stop briefly due to him suddenly being punched in the stomach but he continued to power through it and do more pull-ups

This was the type of training that he had been going through for the past two days but it wasn't worthless improvements could be seen in all corners of his body his muscles were more defined then they have ever been each and every one of his muscles have been trained to his current peak and his back looked as if It belong to a demon

Not because of the scars but because of the intense and solid muscles that laid on it

He quickly did a bunch of pull ups before he transitioned to push-ups then crunches, squats, lunges, etc.

It took him a few hours but as soon as he was done Kolitis reappeared

"Good, good, well I guess we can move on i'm proud of you. today you were able to go to your entire workout while suffering through the attacks of my hologram you've made some real improvements" Kolitis swung at Athel's back as if her was going to pat it

"Thud"

His hand suddenly disappeared as a punch then landed on Athel's stomach and knocked the wind out of him

Athel grit his teeth and stayed quiet

"Here eat this" Kolitis chucked a green pill at him

Athel caught the pill and stuff it into his mouth

He didn't really care if he was being poisoned he just wanted to get stronger at all cost

After they waited in silence for about 10 minutes Kolitis finally said something

"Do you feel some kind of energy around you at all?"

"No" Athel said calmly and quickly

"Huuuu..... Kolitis sighed and said "well I guess you're not a user of the world energy"

Athel quickly formed an idea in his mind

"It probably a way to activate my senses to the world energy if I had access to it" he hypothesized

"Well then, let's move on" Kolitis said "extend your aura out of your body"

Athel immediately did what he said, his aura expanded he wasn't high ranked so he was only able to affect a small area

"Good now use your aura to strengthen a part of your body, it's like your blood just direct it towards your muscles" Kolitis instructed

The boy followed his instructions and directed his aura towards his muscles but he obviously did it wrong because he felt a painful strain so he stopped Kolitis looked at this as a failed attempt but he quickly told him to repeat it

This would obviously be his new focused training subject

Elizabeth already had some slight control over her aura and her fragrance but it wasn't enough not for Hestia

But they had been training it for a while now

"Look just condense your fragrance into an ice shard you do not need a technique" Hestia instructed "techniques are just ways to harness fragrance easier"

"I have long since mastered the art of forming things with my fragrance although I can't match manipulators in speed, I can in power. don't think such things are impossible" Hestia let some of her fragrance escape her hand and twirl around her finger

"You're my sister's daughter I won't let you be just a normal noble you have to be better than anyone else" Hestia said as she looked at Elizabeth with a warm expression

"OK fine, I won't belittle myself" Elizabeth said resolutely

She turned her hands to face each other before she poured her fragrance out of her finger tips and tried to condense it into an ice shard

It started off as a little tiny glowing shard but she continued to increase its size until it became as big as her hand but her little excitement caused the Shard to explode in her face it wasn't powerful so it caused no damage

"That's OK, try again" Hestia said she rubbed Elizabeth's shoulder

Elizabeth was sitting down in a crisscross position and Hestia was standing behind her so Hestia had to bend down in order to touch Elizabeth shoulder but she had no problem with that her love for her family made her ignore such things and stoped her pride for taking over

Elizabeth tried and tried again she didn't know how to effectively manage her energy so she quickly ran out of fragrance, she didn't know how to store it inside her body like Enopy and other Magic knight so she has been purely using her core energy
