Breath taking

Han suddenly ripped his eye lids open and immediately noticed a difference, his vision was much better already he could see clearly at two times the regular distance. He had progressed a decent bit into the first realm, he made it to the first level in it. The first level was organ and blood refining which as it says refined your organs and blood, this allows your body to increase in power with out advancing to the next realm. The refined blood increases the quality of the muscles, bones, and skin marginally, but that didn't mean that the small boost wasn't a significant increase in power.

Seeing how much progress he had already made in such a short time, Han continued to train daily and made significant leaps in progress towards the next realm. After only a month the only part to refine left was his muscles.

Back in the clearing, one could see and enormous tree sprouting out of the ground. It had only been there for ten years but it had already surpassed 20 meters in height. The clearing had become even bigger now that the tree had been there. The other trees had to either adapt to the change in the chemical balance it the ground or die. Their nutrients returned to the soil before being quickly absorbed by the tree. Even animals couldn't escape the trees wrath, if any ate the grass in the clearing they world quickly succumb to death.

Han knew that all this was happening but he couldn't control the change in the environment around the tree. It just occurred on its own all he knew is that every time he got stronger so did the effect the tree had on its surroundings. He might not be able to control that, but he was able to find a solution after studying the situation a bit more he found the solution it was part of the second realm. In the second realm the cultivator had to defeat a beast and submit it, only then we're they able to use its powers, so seeing as the tree was already himself he would be able to use the tree for it without having to do anything.

The muscles tempering is the hardest of all the body groups to temper as it required the cultivator to do full body work outs several dozens of times to properly infuse the body with the worlds energy called 'breath' since the way to increase the amount you had is through different breathing techniques using the meridians that were located throughout the lower portion of the spine.

Weeks pass uneventfully. In one of the training fields of the elbas family stands a boy whose body is layered with strong and dense muscles. He had finally finished the last stage of the first realm and was ready to advance to the next realm. So Han left the perimeter of the mansion and headed for the forest, it was finally time to combine with the rest of himself.

After several treacherous hours of traveling he had finally made it to the clearing, every thing in a 5 kilometer radius had been turned into a purplish tint as though that region had been tainted by some sinister force. Said sinister and evil creature and the target of hans excursion resided in the center of the tainted landscape, it was by now a 75 meter tall leafless black and purple tree.

Following the instructions from the book Han placed his hand on the tree trunk, shining blue chains connected to his hand wrapped around the tree. He was able to see a space in his mind, a space where his 'familiar' resided. After the process was over he turned and started to leave when he felt a excruciating pain stop him in his tracks, from the space the roots burst out and connected to his central nervous system. He felt as though a flaming knife pierced into his brain and the wielder was twisting and pushing the blade in deeper. It was even more painful than when he met truck-kun, he nearly passed out due to the breath taking levels of pain. After an hour the roots had finished their desired task and replaced the entirety of the nerves and blood vessels in his brain.

Once that was finished he collapsed on the ground, losing conciseness. The soil was summoned into the same place and the tree while he lay there face first unknowingly acquiring the strongest and most versatile familiar in existence.
