The Winner is...

"Sure I'm down, just don't be too disappointed with the end results"

Eran said as he stared back at Shu, who had his blue eyes locked on him

"Oh don't worry, I don't get easily disappointed"

Shu replied, closing his eyes with a smile, attempting to ease Eran's mind

"Is that so?"

Eran questioned as he rubbed his right knuckle with his left hand

"Yep!"

Shu exclaimed, punching Eran in the stomach without warning, so hard and so quick that his fist would sink into Eran's stomach, before it bounced off of it, sending Eran flying a few meters across the field

"Hey...Alice"

Shu whispered as he turned to look at her, his eyes had a look of confusion, which in turn confused Alice

"Y-yes?"

She replied with a slight hint of hesitation in her voice, somewhat scared of Shu's tone but also surprised at how easily he was able to attack Eran

"You said he was strong, so why isn't he standing up?"

Shu questioned, slowly approaching Alice as the sanctuary energy which engulfed his fists vanished

"At first I thought he was just weak, but when you told me he was strong, I thought that he, unfortunately, did not have the talent to hold a lot of sanctuary energy, so I thought that he was just physically strong, but it turns out, my first assumption was correct"

Shu added to his previous sentence, not allowing Alice who was prepared to explain, a single minute to speak, but just as Shu began to walk away, a presence, equal to his began to emerge from the seemingly unconscious Eran.

Just when Shu was about to turn around, Eran made his way to Shu's side, appearing next to him in a blur, swinging his right arm with all his current might, punching Shu in the face, pulling his arm forward before swinging it down, hurling Shu's body against the ground, creating a crater the size of Shu's figure.

"It's not cool to turn your back on an opponent who was quietly resting"

Eran said as he took in a deep breath, slowly removing his shirt right after

"Resting? I don't know if you know who I am but. You shouldn't rest when you're fighting me!"

Shu yelled, quickly pushing his body up with simple punches to the ground, before swinging his leg at Eran's face, but to Shu's surprise, it was blocked with ease. Eran had stopped Shu's kick with just the back of his wrist, normally one would get angry, or maybe irritated at the sight of someone blocking your attack without even a hint of difficulty, but for Shu, it was different, instead of being angry, instead of being irritated, instead of feeling pathetic for himself, he felt excited, too excited even.

"So you blocked that"

Shu whispered with a smirk on his face before using his foot to pull himself into the air with Eran's arm, attempting to knee his face with his left leg, but yet again Eran would block that, this time with his left palm

"Yeah, I did"

Eran replied before grabbing Shu's leg tightly, hurling him against the ground a few seconds later, creating yet another crater

"You are pretty fun, you know that"

Shu said as he then stood up from the ground, tapping and sliding his hand across his own clothes, cleaning off the dirt that he gathered

"You're not half bad yourself"

Eran replied, but just as he did, a powerful kick would clash against the side of his neck, which then pulled him against the ground, slamming his face into it, and along with that kick he heard Shu say

"Hook of the hunter"

As quickly as Eran was brought to the ground, he stood up, a smile grew on his face while his hands turned into fists and his muscles began to grow

"Oh? You look different, is your ability to boost your current strength in some kind of way?"

Shu questioned as all Eran replied with was a smile, before rushing toward Shu, and once he got close enough, he began to shower him with punches, which Shu would avoid with some difficulty

"Haha, you started to attack, huh?"

Shu whispered along with a chuckle, as he began to counter-attack, jumping into the air, proceeding to clash the bottom is his feet against the fast punches that came from Eran

"Woah—What the hell is this?"

One of the participants questioned as another walked over to his side, watching the fight between Eran and Shu

"How's that guy even staying in there?"

The participant questioned as the one who stood beside him simply nodded

"What's even crazier is the fact that the pressure of their clashes is destroying the ground below them"

Another participant added as she walked over to the other two, watching the fight with them

"Woah! Master is strong! I was foolish to underestimate him, I shall punish myself for being so simple-minded!"

Alice interfered while placing her right hand in her chest, lowering her head in disappointment of herself while the already mentioned participants simply stared at her with confusion.

Just as their conversation went on, Shu and Eran continued to fight. Disappearing in a blur of speed they would appear once again, but this time in the air, then again, but on another side of the field, and again, but in between participants who were fighting

"I can't even keep up.."

Alice said to herself, as she watched them clash every time they reappeared, her amazement would continue to grow as she observed, and just when Shu and Eran were about to land an attack on each other a blue screen along with a familiar voice was heard.

"Helloooo everyone! It turns out we have a winner! Please seize your fighting"

The man in the blue screen said, and soon after everyone stopped fighting, lowering their guards, proceeding to pay attention to the screen, confused at the fact that this mini-game ended so fast

"Well that was fast"

Shu said to himself as he then scratched the back of his head, staring at the screen with his head tilted

"Yeah I must agree"

Eran said, adding to what Shu had stated, and soon after their calm conversation would be interrupted, not by the man on the screen but by Alice's yelling

"Master that was awesome! I'm fast but not that fast! Promise me you'll train me once this tournament ends!"

Alice began to praise him, jumping around him with a smile on her face, and excitement in her eyes, but the interaction between the three would be interrupted yet again, this time by the man on the screen

"The Winner of this mini-game is Ean Lianert! He has climbed the top first, and so he has won the Mini-Game!"

The man on the screen yelled, as his face was soon switched by an image of Ean

"Now moving on into the next game!"
