Ean pointed out as the man then growled, dashing toward the boy, so fast that his perception of motion slowed down.

Behind the man was a trail of energy, as he flew on the air toward Ean, who's face expression was that of disgusted anger

" Calm down "

The boy whispered, as he then swung his left blade downward, slicing the man's arm off with the energy that left the blade, causing the limb to land on the aground with a thud, and the man's body with a loud crash

" You are no longer the one controlling this fight, so know your place.. "

Ean said as he then placed his swords on the ground, stabbing them on the surface so that they could stand

" What are you doing? "

Reimen questioned as he held onto his shoulder, trying to stop the bleeding whilst glaring over at the boy, only to look down at his own arm

" What do you think I'm doing? I'm giving you a chance at winning by not using my weapons, it is unfair that i get swords and you get your fists "

Ean replied, as he then crossed his arms seeing as the man laid on his knees, struggling to stand because of his injury.

" What is this… "

Reimen whispered whilst less and less blood spilled from his shoulder, as his now fully tainted hand held onto the injury, in an attempt to completely stop the bleeding.

" What is what? "

Ean questioned, raising his left eyebrow in confusion, not sure what the man was referring to

" This..this situation, is this you showing me pity? "

Reimen replied, speaking in such a manner that his spit would come out from his mouth, tainting the ground as well as Ean's naked feet.

The boy said as he looked down at his own feet, seeing that they were now dirtied with Reimen's saliva, only to then shake them a little, getting rid of whatever drop of saliva there was.

" How dare you.. "

Reimen whispered as he began to stand, the blood on his shoulders now completely gone whilst his aura and energy rose along with him

" How dare you treat me like a weakling!! "

Reimen yelled, dashing toward the boy, pulling his arm back to then hurl a punch at the kid, only for it to be blocked by Ean who raised his hand up, catching the man's hand

" How can't I when you're so weak? "

Ean questioned, making the man even angrier, causing his red aura to enlarge, spreading across his own body and onto Ean's, only to then disappear in a blur of speed

" Ah, i see "

Ean exclaimed as he also vanished, leaving a loud sound of wind behind. The two would then re appear in the sky, clashing fists, only for Reimen to receive a gut punch from Ean's left fist

" You're missing a limb, you won't be able to fight well without it "

Ean said, as the man simply grunted, dashing toward the boy at massive speeds. His eyes were on the kid, and on the boy's appearance, the amount of energy that Ean's body was releasing reminded him of the day he met Romulus.

" You're a weak boy "

A younger Romulus said as he pushed a 13 year old Reimen aside, only to walk forward seconds later, giving his back to Reimen who dashed toward him with a knife in hand an in attempt to stab the man, only for the knife to be caught by Romulus who quickly turned around, grabbing the boy's wrist.

" Ugh! Let go! "

Reimen yelled, falling on his ass seconds later, only to look up, seeing that Romulus had let go of his wrist

" You can't even keep yourself on your feet "

Romulus said, insulting the boy as he then began to walk away, leaving the boy alone on what seemed to be a destroyed village, with multiple houses burning down and a lot of corpses on the streets.

" Then..then what do I have to do to prove myself to you!?!? "

Reimen questioned, standing up whilst holding the knife tightly

" What are you talking about? "

Romulus replied, confused at what the kid was even saying, turning to the boy, looking down at him with an expression of curiosity

" If i prove myself to you, will you take me as your student!?!? "

Reimen yelled gripping his hands close, making fists whilst glaring up at the man with passion in his eyes

" Uh— "

Romulus raised his head a little, looking up at the sky filled with smoke, to then tilt his head, thinking for a bit only to look down at the boy seconds later

Romulus added, turning his back to the kid, starting to walk away, only to be followed by Reimen, who now had a grin of excitement on his face.

Reimen thought to himself as he got closer to Ean who simply stood there, looking at the man with seemingly no interest in the battle

" And i know for a fact he wouldn't want me to lose to a kid in such a manner, I'll show this boy, the gods and master Romulus, that he didn't make a mistake by choosing me as one of his elites! "

Reimen's thoughts continued on as he began to gather all his energy, focusing it all on his fist, and by the time he got all the energy around his body onto his right fist he was already inches away from punching Ean's face

" Yes.. I've won "

Reimen whispered to himself, pushing his arm forward with all his strength, the veins from his arm began to spread across his limb, as well as his shoulders and neck

" No, you lost. "

Ean replied, as he weaved his head aside, causing all the energy that was meant to hit the boy's face to release onto the world, destroying whatever it met, completely deleting half of the continent they currently stood on

" Although you did almost kill my beloved, I have to thank you, because of you i was able to get angry enough to release this version of me I didn't know I had "

Ean whispered as he placed his fingers on the man's chest, only to sink his hand inside like one would do with a bucket of water. The boy's arm stretched across the man's chest and onto his back, destroying the red hair's heart in the process, ridding the man off of his life
