Long Walk

" I used my sanctuary energy— I wasn't sure if it would have worked but it seems like it did "

Ayami replied, watching as Lenmio would then fall to his knees, immediately bowing to Ayami, letting out small, Thank yous whilst tears fell from his eyes

As that happened, Shu travelled the mountains, walking around with a calm expression on his face, his eyes moving left, right, up and down.

" I think it's about time I went back and checked on the mountain "

Shu said, only to then scratch the back of his head, staring to float seconds later, moving toward a mountain to then punch it, shoving his sanctuary energy in it, creating a hole from which he would pull his hand out.

The moment he did; the mountain began to crumble, turning into dust after it cracked and fell.

Now Shu had a katana on his hand, a katana made out of what seemed to be the mountain he had just punched, soon after he'd do the same to another mountain.

Now with two katanas he would fly out of the mountains, carefully landing where by the spaceship, staring at it with those emotionless eyes, only to then take a step forward, starting to walk toward his castle soon after, ignoring his first wife Ayami and the alien man who were having a conversation about the ship.

Now that he was in his castle, Shu went to every single one of his sons rooms and gathered them outside of the castle, a few feet away from the ship

" What's wrong father, what was so urgent that you wanted to— "

Dio was quickly interrupted when Shu offered him one of the Katanas, leaving the boy confused for a second

" What is this fo— "

" Take it, this will be part of your training "

The boy nodded, and grabbed the sword by its hilt, but the moment Shu let go of the weapon so that Dio could grab it, the boy fell down to his knees, struggling to pick up the sword he was now holding

" What the—-why is it so heavy!.. "

Dio said to himself, struggling to pick it up, using every fiber of his strength to do so, his veins popping from his arms, hands and neck, holding with an immense amount of difficulty.

" These swords are made out of condensed mountains, they are being held together by my sanctuary energy "

Shu explained, as he would then look over at Raven, stretching his right hand out; as if to give his other son said sword

This left Raven surprised, and worried, was his sword going to be just as heavy as his brother's? Sadly his concerns were valid, because the moment Shu gave him the sword he fell the same way Dio did

" Okay, we'll be going on an adventure now "

Shu said, looking down at his two sons with those empty eyes of his

" Wait what do you mean adventure!? How will we even be able to take a step with these heavy ass things? "

Dio questioned as he began to lift the katana, his teeth greeting against each other as he continued to use all his muscles strength.

Whilst he struggled, his half brother began to lift his sword even higher but was soon smacked in the back of his head by Shu

" You can't use sanctuary energy, the training I will now give you boys will focus purely on physical improvement, so you must carry those swords with just strength, once you can do that, you both will be allowed to use Sanctuary energy "

Shu explained, causing his two sons to stare at him in complete disbelief

" Anyway, we must go.. "

Shu paused, turning toward his wife who was still talking to the alien man

" Ayami! I will be taking the boys away for two months, please handle all political affairs while I'm gone! "

Shu yelled, to then turn toward his children.

" Alright, let's go "

Shu ordered, starting to walk, begin followed by his two sons who couldn't help but sigh, looking at each other only to then sigh again as they soon started to follow their father.

It took them a whole day to exit the kingdom, after all it was quite a big kingdom, not only that, they had to drag these katanas they could barely lift

" Father where are we going? And how long will it take us to get there? "

Raven questioned, only for Shu to turn around and look over at the red haired boy

" We're going to the place I was raised "

He replied with simplicity, only to turn around again and continue to walk.

His children were now excited, as the thought of seeing their father's hometown peaked their interest, this caused them to speed up a bit, following their father with more enthusiasm, but that didn't last.

Another day went by; the boys hadn't eaten anything or rested at all and their father didn't seem to be stopping, he just kept walking and walking, they were so far out of the kingdom that they were now in a place they've never seen before, they found themselves in a forest, filled with wild animals who for some reason wouldn't approach them, of course the only logical answer would be their father's presence.

As long as the trip was, the kids were still excited, wanting to see their father's childhood town even more so, but that excitement started to slowly disappear as the next day came by.

" Father…huff, huff "

Dio said, looking over at his father who had stopped walking to look back at him

" Yes? "

Shu replied; he didn't seem tired at all, or sweating, he wasn't even breathing heavy

" How much longer? "

The two questioned simultaneously, which only made Shu blink as he then turned his face and attention away from them, continuing to walk

" One more day "

He replied, which made the boys happy; although a day wasn't a short period of time, they were happy that they didn't have to spend a week walking, but as they walked, time started to slow down, of course time didn't literally slow down, but the more they wanted the day to go by, the longer it felt.

Finally the next day came to, and they were now standing in front of a huge mountain, the tallest mountain they've ever seen

" There seems to be a dead end father, should we walk around "

Raven questioned only to receive a look from Shu who would then squat down, getting ready to jump

" Meet me at the top, whoever gets there first will be rewarded "

Shu said before leaping into the air, causing a burst of air and leaving a small crater behind

" Huuuuuuuuuuuhhh!?!?!?! "

The boys yelled as they saw their father ascend, getting smaller and smaller as he went up
