Chibi decided that before any meeting with officials he would empty Oshima and do whatever he want to do there. He sent a notice to Oshima and asked their people to 


Protests started taking place. People were refusing the industrialists to enter the town. Chibi was loosing it again. He asked his manager to handle the business for 


sometime as he needed a break and said will be back within a week. 


But the real thing was that he was not able to go Oshima and face Akio again. He knew after killing Kaori, Akio won't stay quiet. He was unsafe in Oshima. He decided to go somewhere he could get peace and be safe.


He decided to go to the place he most needed to be.
