Every human looks different. Even twins may not look different at first, but if one had to compare them side by side, then one could find some dissimilarities between them. AJ's skill help him change the color of his skin and hair. But he could only change the shape of his face according to his requirements. That was the biggest drawback of his skill.

While training AJ tried using his skill. And during that time he noticed another thing about the skill that wasn't mentioned in the skill's description. While he was disguising himself, some amount of mana would be consumed. Based on what kind of changes he was making to his face and body this skill would cost him around 5 mana points.

He didn't know how to quantify mana so he used his status window as his reference. He tried disguising himself multiple times with different kinds of faces but at any time he was not able to consume more than 5 mana points. And the best part about this skill was that it didn't consume mana after that. That meant that after he had disguised himself, mana would be consumed that no matter how long he stays in the disguise. That made this skill very OP.

But while he was changing back to his original form, mana would be consumed. The consumption of mana while changing back was less than earlier. AJ was amazed by this skill, but he still got curious about how this was possible.

While studying everything about being an awakened one, AJ learned that when a skill is cast, it consumed mana for the whole time the skill is being activated. But that doesn't seem to be the case with his skill. That made him curious as to how was this possible? Then he researched more about such a skill that didn't consume mana while being cast and he was not able to get answers that he was satisfied with.

This made him curious about him. He had a status window that looked a little different as well as there were some tabs on his status window of which he had no information. That made him more curious as to what was happening here?

And while studying AJ also found another thing that was different about him. He already knew that when a person gets awakened, he could see a message in front of him saying that he had become an awakened one. Then he/ she could use the status window. But in his case, he received noticed two peculiar things.

He had researched more about it and indeed no awakened one was given a choice to be awakened. Also, according to the testimony of already awakened people, no one lost consciousness while being awakened.

According to some of the testimonies, some people got awakened when they woke in the morning while some got awakened when they were doing their regular chores. So if that was indeed true then why the hell did he lose consciousness while awakening?

Many questions were surrounding his awakening. And through the internet, he was not able to discern much. But for now, he ignored all of them and started preparing to go into the battlefield…

Going to the battlefield in Russia for training purposes was a very easy job. Any sort of awakened one could apply for permission to go to the battlefield. But there was a condition that everyone had to follow. And that was the fact that the people that decide to come here must stay for at least one and a half years. Or otherwise, there was no need for them to come here.

Due to the variety of monsters that could be found here, it was the best training ground for newly awakened ones. Plus with the practical experience that the newly awakened one experience here is very valuable. That is why different factions all around the world don't think too much about sending their newly awakened one here.

There is the risk of getting killed during the action. But that risk is there when going into the portal. That is why people responsible for the battlefield make sure that the newly awakened one only hunts the area that is manifested with low-level monsters. That way the newly awakened one could get their training while the officials of the battlefield could focus on higher-level monsters.

An armored bus could be seen away on the highway. On that bus, people from different ethnicities could be seen sitting. Those people have come to this bus from all around the world. All the people sitting on the bus had one thing in common, and that common thing was the fact that they all were newly awakened ones. This bus was leading them towards Chernobyl camp where they would train for the battlefield.

All the people on the bus looked nervous as they did not know what to expect next? They didn't even know the fact whether they would be able to come back alive from the battlefield. But they all were sure of one thing. And that was the fact that if they manage to return there lives would not be the same again. They would officially become hunters…

At the front seat of the bus, a person could be seen sitting on the first seat. He had a big smile on his face. He was a Caucasian and had ginger color hair. He had freckles all over his face. And that boy was the only one on the bus that didn't look nervous at all. Unlike others, that boy looked as though he was enjoying this trip.

That boy's name was Andrew Jarad. He was an American that had come here to hone his skills to a bare minimum so that he could improve his lifestyle back in his home country.

With a sympathetic back story and a new face, AJ was now ready for the first phase of his grand plan.
