Chapter 21: Training For The Sports Festival, Part 2

After a few moments of thinking, Chikyu came up with an idea for a new move.

Puppeteering his enemies.

How he would do this? Simple. He would control the iron present in people's bodies and pull it in a certain direction outside the body, which would result in his enemy getting pulled towards whatever direction he chose.

He knew that this would require him to work on fine-tuning his control as well, but it was fine. He had lots of ways to train his control. For this, he'd choose the quickest and most effective method.

Planting his hands on the ground, he brought out a giant rock over twenty times his size out of the ground with a small blast from underneath it as it sat underground.

Kota temporarily stopped his exercise to look in surprise, but went right back to it soon after. Chikyu had told him on the way here that he would be training for the Sports Festival, so he knew that this had something to do with his training for that.

Not long after resurfacing the giant rock, Chikyu made it float using his quirk. This wasn't the hard part.

Suddenly, the rock split into thousands of smaller rocks. Now, instead of Chikyu having to focus on one giant rock and levitate it, he had to focus on thousands of small ones and levitate all of them.

The name of the move where he levitated something was called Geotelekinesis.

He had no problem at all with singular objects, even if they were over 100 times his size, meaning he easily could have levitated the Zero Pointer during the entrance exam if he wanted to. He simply chose not to, as he didn't think it was worth it.

It also wasn't a problem with it came to multiple smaller objects. Currently, the amount of small things he could levitate at the same time without any effort at all was around 200. After that, he would need to expend a little effort, but still inconsequential amounts of it in comparison to what he was doing.

He only began to face difficulty once he got to over 1000 small objects. His current limit was 1200. He was currently levitating that exact amount, and over the course of a few minutes, he continued splitting the small rocks into more and more small rocks, his efforts to continue the levitation continuing each time.

He had to stop once he got to 1300 small stones. Combining the rocks back together, it was now bigger than before. The rock used to be regular-sized, but thanks to being subject to this training of Chikyu's several times, it had gotten bigger each time, and today was no exception.

Burying it back underground by opening the ground and floating it in and closing the ground again, Chikyu took a small break.

The thing about this move was that he actually already knew how to do it. He had this idea for a long time, he just didn't see the point of training the move at that time, since he had a lot more problems to train with his quirk to the point where that wasn't important to train for. Now that he was in UA as well as in a tournament, it was important.

In conclusion, all he did was get the necessary control to finally be able to do it, as confirmed when he tested it on himself by willing the iron in his body to go to the right outside of his body and was pulled towards the right.

Now for some other moves.
