Part Nineteen

The next morning at my house, my father went to the kitchen to make breakfast for his husband and me.

I woke up and rushed to the bathroom.

After taking a shower I put on my high school uniform and started put notebooks, printed books and stationery into my school bag.

Then joined my parents at the dinner table for breakfast.

"Morning" I greeted who just sat in his chair

"morning son" said my papa

"Wow, this is a cake made by Bella's mother" I said seeing a cake on the dining table my stepfather who heard it immediately asked me

"You know who Bella's mother is?"

"Eh! Yes, I've played at Bella and Ade's house several times but I only met Bella's mother once" I said My stepfather thought for a moment then asked me again

"Adit soon the company where I work will celebrate its 50th birthday, can you ask Bella's mother to make a birthday cake and bring it to my office" my stepfather asked

"mmm ... I will tell Bella first, can she ask her mother to make a birthday cake or not" I was afraid

"Okay, I will wait to hear from you, if Bella's mother can, you will contact me immediately" my stepfather said stiffly

a few days later I called the sister, actually I wanted to tell her at school but I didn't meet my sister at school, it was as if the sister was avoiding me

"Well hello Bella this is Adit" I called

"You mean, your father asked my mother to make a birthday cake for his company, I see" the older sister understood

"eee... that's roughly what it is" I shrieked

"But if your mother can't, it's okay" I said

"mmm... later I'll ask Mother if she can or not" said the sister

"eee... then call me asap okay" I asked for confirmation

"mmm... OK" said the older sister then the sister hung up the phone.

1 week later the sister told me that her mother was able to make a 50th birthday cake for the company and take it to my stepfather's office and I immediately called and told my stepfather as the sister told me
