Chapter 100 The orphan boy

Hearing her words I swallowed. I didn't know whose order to follow. Should I stay Or go?!

My gaze darted at the both of them waiting for the next person who would talk and it took a while before my mother spoke again.

"Okay, Jessica you can go," She said and I nooded smiling faintly before exiting the room. I was glad that she agreed to talk to my dad since I wanted the both of them relationship to get better.

'If they got to talk more with each other maybe they would get closer and they wouldn't get a divorce.' I thought and thinking about it brought a smile to my face. I hoped my prayer worked since I didn't want them to get separated - I hate an ununited family!
