(With great power comes great responsibility.)

Chapter thirteen:

Summon temporary constructs by bending reality, check. Wonder how far it can go.

Now he tried to will something ridiculous, like turning the grass blue, the air smelling like chocolate, and a talking floating recliner appearing before him. And as he focused he felt a small tug in his gut, and only felt slightly fatigued.

With him at the focal point the grass started to change color and kept doing so up until a half kilometer radius, at which point it stopped and he was bombarded with the taste of chocolate every time the wind blew. No way... he thought as he turned around to see Laz- Boy floating there.

Holy shit! Corvus waved his hand and willed all to return to how it was. The grass turned green, the wind smelled of nature, and the floating Laz-Boy disappeared.

Suddenly, a note appeared out of thin air and floated in front of Corvus's face. On it was written, I don't get why you're so surprised. This is a serious step down from what you are capable of within your own multiverse. Has it not settled in that you can do literally anything you want there. And yet here, where you aren't capable of wielding even a micro fraction of real power, yet you go surprised from Laz-Boy? Well, then I hope you can get used to surprises, because the rest of your abilities are the same. Said Unova.

Starting to get a little annoyed at his supposed mentor, he growled at the air and said. Well I'm sorry if I'm only now realizing all of this, thank you very much. I had only conducted a few experiments myself and even the fact that I created living breathing gods is still throwing me for a loop. I wouldn't have even known I could do that if you weren't there to direct me. You speak as if I'm supposed to already be used to the fact that I'm all powerful but I hadn't even used my strength to it's fullest capacity yet even out there. So I'd appreciate a bit of patience, sorry for being such a disappointment. He tore the paper to pieces and ignited it as his eyes glowed red.

After a few deep breaths, Corvus calmed himself and continued with his experiments. Now that he has confirmed that he's able to control his power's though his intent like always, he decided to run through the list of what he was told earlier regarding what he'd be able to do. There weren't any people around so he couldn't check aura viewing, death prediction, or telepathy. Or... can I? There should be wild life. Maybe animals have aura's as well?

So he decided to reach out with his spatial awarenesses to find a few animals. He found a few, easily, they were a few hundred meters away. But he found them in an instant, and it called to question just how effective his ability with space was. So he continued to reach further around him. He soon found that his spatial awarenesses dwarfed his other abilities by an aura of magnitude, at least from his perspective. Due to this, very quickly, he was extremely aware of where he was. This is earth. And... I'm in England. There's North America... South America.... Antarctica... and Japan. I can sense the entire globe?

His hands were shaking as he made this realization, and even more shaken when he realized that this wasn't the limit. He was a little hesitant but ultimately he reached further.

Oh come on! The moon? I can teleport to the moon? No! No, don't send me a note. I get it. Compared to teleporting between realities from one end of the multiverse to the other with a thought and pinpoint accuracy that is what you would consider short range teleportation. However, from my perspective, as a person who used to consider teleportation flat out impossible and something only found in works of fiction, even I could teleport within just line of sight I could be floored and excited. And don't mention my own multiverse. It's obvious when you think about it that within my body I'd be able to go anywhere at anytime. This is my body, and I'm able to teleport through it, I'm sure you don't consider that crazy, but it feels crazy to me!

Panting, he sat on the ground. Flipping his hand he held another cup of coffee, the other got forcefully deconstructed after the floating Laz-Boy, and took a long drag. After looking down significantly. Another note popped up. You done?- Unova.

Corvus rolled his eyes, ground his teeth, and then let out an exasperated sigh. Yes... I'm done... Sorry, I'll take this stuff in stride from now on. Taking another few drags, he moved on. As he dropped the cup of coffee it dematerialized into nothing once again. The cool wind against his face calmed him down once again and he felt he could focus.

Determined not to be surprised anymore and what's he capable of. As he stood up, he noticed a fly buzzing around. Deciding it's an opportunity, his eyes flashed purple as the fly suddenly stopped midair. Well, stopped is inaccurate, as when he concentrated, he could see the fly's wing's ever so slowly moving down from the up position they started in. Ok, that's pretty much within my expectations. I'm not going to need to test the reversal, or speeding up time. I'm sure they're ridiculous. However, I do need to test the speeding up of time later. I think I can use it to spend more time with the Primordials.

Another deep breath later, Corvus realized more and more that this is much easier than power's were supposed to be. How much work had people put in to master their own power's not only across the Marvel Universe but the DC universe as well. Yet, by simple nature of what kind of being he is, he has a massive headstart on everyone regarding development, with no visible peak in sight. It's like he's Natsu Dragneel from the end of the Fairy Tail series and never had to go through the grueling training to get there. The possibilities were probably limitless.
