I check myself over in the mirror. I had decided that my leather armor was the best option. I sigh as I glance up at my newly colored hair. I suppose this was because of me traveling to The Goddess Realm but I wasn't happy about it changing my hair. I had sleeked my hair up into a high ponytail and then braided the ponytail.
The short blades were in their shelths strapped to my back. I made sure that the daggers in my boots and the ones on my thighs were secure before stepping out into the hallway. Damien stood there wearing an open mouthed expression.
"Luna? What are you wearing?! It looks like a second skin!!" He frowns slightly at my armor. I snort and pat him on the arm.
"It's called Leather Armor. But mine is made from the scales of Demona Dragon form. It's been passed down." His frown deepens and he narrows his eyes at me.
"Let's go. They are waiting for you in the throne room." I huff a dramatic sigh and begin walking.
Damien was quiet for a moment before finally giving up.
"Do you have to carry so many blades?" He seemed more annoyed than anything. I archan eyebrow at him and felt my lips turn up into a smirk.
"It's Dragonite Steel. Only a Dragon-Borne can wield it. So yes." Damien grumbles and shakes his head.
"And what happens if you fall on one?" Both my eyebrows raise in disbelief. What did he just say to me? Did he really think that I couldn't handle a blade? Had I been to easy with the pack? I didn't think that I needed to be like I was before coming here. Maybe I was wrong though. I continue walking without even replying to him.
My mood was rather good considering I was going to a different Kingdom. Dark Elves were suspicious people anyway. They didn't like others that weren't from their race. But I didn't have a choice. If what the Seer said was true we needed them to win this coming war. Their fighting abilities were unmatched and some possessed ancient magic. Stronger than any Mage.
The Throne Room doors were already open and Astor, Silias, and Raph were huddled together talking. I did notice several warriors in here as well. A long whistle from one of the warriors draws Astor's attention. And then a deep growl escapes him. His eyes devour me causing my ears to burn under his gaze.
'Little Dragon.' His husky voice sang through my head and it sent a shock of excitement through me. I shake my head and walk over to him. Astor gives me a slow kiss making my knees weak before he lifts his eyes toward the warriors and growls again.
I roll my eyes and shake my head. I didn't say anything because it wouldn't change his reaction. Wolves were territorial. It was their nature.
"Freya. You look like a Warrior Goddess in that get up." I arch an eyebrow at Silias. Well he was a brave one. It earned him a direct growl from Astor. I gasp as Astor grabs my waist and pulls me to him.
"MINE." I let out a long sigh.
"Are we ready to go?" I turn my attention to Raph who I noticed was avoiding my gaze. He gives a quick nod. I glance at Silias but he was frowning at Raph. Odd..had they had some kind of Disagreement?
****RAPH'S POINT OF VIEW*****
I watch Silias open a portal. It shimmered a dusty green color. I guess because of where we were going. I peek over at Freya and she is mumbling something to Astor. I suppress a groan. I needed to keep my eyes trained away from her. I was beginning to care to much about her. I knew it. Silias had even made a point to tell me too.
I had to distance myself from her. The bond was wrong. But it had already done its damage.
Freya steps through the portal and I follow closely behind with Silias next to me.
One the other side, we stood in another Throne Room. And to my own surprise the stone room had floral vines that grew on them and wrapped around the pillars. The room was aloominated by glowing orbs. It didn't seem so "dark" here.
I notice that The Twins stood by Throne. My wolf stirs inside me. He was on edge. I tskena closer step toward Freya. I hadn't meant to but it was on instinct. She was Luna after all.
The man on the Throne resembled the twins alot. But he seemed to be a few years older than them. A brother maybe? Freya tilts her head at the man curiously. He smirks and I have to suppress a growl. I could smell his lust from here. The twins finally moved to Freya's side.
"Welcome to The Elven Kingdom. I am Crown Prince Christian. You must be Princess Freya." I let our a low warning growl which draws his attention toward me. He seemed amused by my reaction. But it only made me angrier.
"Is this your mate?" Freya stutters for a moment and then glances over her shoulder at me and her cheeks were red.
"N-No. His brother is my mate. I-I'm hi-his Luna" My lips threatened to smile at her response. It was kind of cute that she was flustered.
"My apologies. But what can we do for you Luna?" I didn't miss the goosebumps on Freya's arm. This guy made her uncomfortable. I glance at Silias as he steps closer to Freya. Which meant that he saw the goosebumps too. I was closer to her now too. When did my feet move?! How did I not notice it?!
"I'm here because of Falak." Christian leans back in his seat and props his foot up. What an ass. He didn't even seem to be phased by that name.
"Yes. I am aware of this. But, Falak never came after Dark Elves." I narrow my eyes at him. Freya straightens her shoulders and inhales a deep breath. By the curious look in Christian's eyes it told me that Shade had come to the surface. That Dragon really did have a short temper.
"An alliance then?" Amusement crosses his features. But I was starting to worry now.
