Tiana Williams spoke, and Isabella Jackson nodded, "Alright... I didn't even have lunch..."
"How can you not have lunch... It can't be that busy now, can it? After handling such a big case, didn't your department, or someone higher up, show you any appreciation? You can't still be that busy, right?"
Tiana Williams asked with understanding, while she gathered the documents, took her cell phone and keys, and then headed for the door.
"Of course, I got praised, but with all the year-end work, do you think it could really be relaxed?"
Isabella Jackson followed and said.
When Tiana Williams reached the door of Professor Morgan's office next door, she saw Teacher Morgan bustling about inside, and said, "Teacher Morgan, give me your car keys. I'm going out for afternoon tea; what would you like to drink? It's on me."
Teacher Morgan was a very young female teacher who had just transferred this semester and had a good relationship with Tiana Williams.
