HURT YOURSELF

A handsome man is focused on his cell phone. He's working on something there. His handsome face looks even more handsome when he is serious like that.

Not far from there, a beautiful woman with long hair about sitting leisurely in front of the TV. Instead of watching television, he was busy stealing glances at the man who was busy working.

"Why do you keep stealing glances, Aleeta, hm?" asked Rendra curiously to Aleeta. It seemed the woman had something to say to him.

"I?" asked Aleeta pointing at her face. "When did I do it?"

Rendra stopped his activities and turned his face towards Aleeta.

"You don't have to look secretly, Aleeta. You are free to see this face and whole body whenever you want," said Rendra, pointing his body from top to bottom.

Aleeta didn't smile, her face didn't even blush when she heard Rendra's words. However, my heart felt like it was going to explode. The woman was sure that if she didn't send him home soon, he might die of a heart attack.

"You're not coming home?" Aleeta added, changing the conversation.

"You want me to come home?" Rendra asked back with a frown.

"I'm not kicking you out, Ryan. But wouldn't it be better to work at home alone?" Aleeta asked again.

"Hm, maybe other people do, but I don't. I can work anywhere, the important thing is that I like the place and the atmosphere is comfortable," concluded Rendra, making Aleeta lost for words.

I don't know what else to say by Aleeta until the man left his room. Really, he was so sleepy right now. Even the television shows he watched made him feel good and sleepy.

"You can sleep if you're sleepy, Aleeta. I'm fine working alone. So, don't accompany me," said Rendra smiling at Aleeta.

Aleeta smiled back even though she was upset inside.

"I'm not worried that you work alone, but I want to rest in peace," complained Aleeta in her heart.

Rendra put his cellphone on the table, then walked over to Aleeta.

"You want me to put Nina to sleep?" Rendra's question suddenly made the water in Aleeta's mouth burst out.

The man swiftly grabbed a few sheets of tissue that were on the table which was located right in front of Aleeta.

"You be careful, please, Aleeta," said Rendra, gently brushing Aleeta's mouth with a tissue with his left hand. However, the thumb of his right hand also rubbed the lump of natural red flesh.

Rendra slowly tried to swallow his saliva. However, the pent-up desire was dispelled because of Aleeta's words.

"You should be careful, please, Ryan," Aleeta replied, but immediately covered her mouth with her hands. He didn't usually say what was in his heart like that.

Ah, being with Rendra often made him seem like someone else. Sometimes she does things she doesn't normally do. Is that the power of love? Who knows.

"Oh, why me?" Rendra asked back with an innocent face.

"You'd better go home now, Ryan. Looks like you need a break.

Aleeta gave an excuse for the umpteenth time. He wished Rendra was a little more sensitive and understood what he meant without going into detail.

"I was planning on staying here instead." Rendra smiled teasingly Aleeta. Ah, the man really enjoyed every reaction the beautiful woman gave him.

In fact, Aleeta is known to be cold, but when she is with Rendra her face always displays many expressions.

"Ryan!" Aleeta shouted with wide eyes in disbelief.

Rendra's laughter boomed instantly filling the room because he felt funny. But not so according to Aleeta. She was annoyed that the man liked to tease her so much.

"I love your blushing cheeks. Makes me want to pinch." Ryan is increasingly flirting with Aleeta. He reached out his hand to pinch the woman's cheek.

"You're crazy Ryan." Aleeta turned her face away in annoyance. Sorry for not being able to control the taste.

"You're the one driving me crazy, Aleeta." Rendra did not want to lose. He wanted to see how much resistance she had against his temptations. Yes, think of it like a due diligence.

"I want to rest. You'd better go home, Ryan. You don't have to worry, I'm used to being alone, really. Besides, I'm at my hotel, who would dare to bother me?"

"Then I will make you unaccustomed to being alone again. Because I will always accompany you, Aleeta. In fact, without you asking ... I will gladly disturb you." Ryan laughed at the end of his sentence.

"Ryan!" Aleeta hit the sofa cushion repeatedly at the man.

"My goodness, Aleeta. This is called domestic violence." Rendra covered his face with his strong hands.

Rendra managed to hold the pillow, making Aleeta's body stagger towards Rendra. Rendra swiftly caught the woman's body before it fell to the floor.

"Ryan," Aleeta whispered as Rendra hugged her instead.

"Leave it like this, Aleeta. Just a moment." Ryan hugged Aleeta tighter. "I want to inhale your scent and remember it, so that my nights are always filled with sweet dreams with you."

I don't know why Aleeta is reluctant to rebel. Undeniably, he also felt very comfortable in Rendra's arms.

"I'm going home first, okay?" Hesitantly, he let go of her hand.

Disappointed. That's how Aleeta felt. He was disappointed that Rendra let go of his embrace so quickly. If only that woman had the courage to accept Rendra's feelings and her own. Of course now it will be a different story.

"You know, Aleeta." Aleeta thought not wanting to be dissolved in feelings that she couldn't even accept.

"I will hug you any time if you want. Because you don't seem sincere, I let go of the hug," Rendra teased again.

"You're so annoying, Ryan," Aleeta snapped as if she didn't accept it.

"But you like the annoying me, don't you? In fact, I'm sure you'll always miss me."

Aleeta exhaled slowly after taking a deep breath. This is wrong. Everything that happened was a mistake.

"Be aware Aleeta! You already have someone else in your heart. Don't be lulled by Ryan's seduction and end up giving him false hope," Aleeta thought, starting to fight with her own feelings.

Aleeta looked at Rendra without saying a word, as did Rendra. For a moment they fell into silence until the woman looked away and broke eye contact.

Aleeta walked away towards the large glass window that gave a view of the city.

"Go on, Ryan. I really need a break now. Aren't you tired too?" Aleeta said in a cold tone looking down at the car that was still passing tirelessly.

"But, Aleeta-"

"Please," Aleeta whispered, trying to suppress her anger.

Yes, he was upset because he hurt Rendra. In fact, the woman was unable to say everything in front of the man. So choose to say everything without looking at him. Well, at least maybe that way the pain and guilt will be a little less.
