 "Yes, dad." Pauline replied while carrying her own bag in the car. 


 "Oh, Paolo." I took Shien's arm. "Don't be afraid of the airplane huh?" Instead of laughing, I was punched in the face with excitement. 


 "I'll be in the car first." Shien said goodbye but Erdem was just looking at us. 


 "We're here. We don't have to back down anymore." 


 "What if she insists on going home on the day of the party?" 


 I tapped him on the shoulder, "You can do it that way I know you, Erdem." 


 Shake her head, "All right, go away, maybe your wife will change his mind ... this ex-wife." 


 "I'll bet after this vacation in boracay she'll be mine again." 


 "Hopefully but if you don't start moving on." There was mixed laughter. 


 "No one is going to move on because I will do everything to get her back." 


 "Daddy…" Pauline called peering out the car window.
