Something is Wrong

Hans--a dashing horse living in the forest brought Zahra and Captain Bumyen. Miko--an exhausted white dove flies. He hid under Zahra's clothes. Although still afraid of Zahra's status and also her ability to speak the animal language, Bumyen still tried to come to pick up Tan Eng Kian in mainland China.

"Zahra, are you serious about escorting Captain Bum to his territory?" Hans suddenly asked.

Zahra sat behind Bumyen. She continued to nod even though Hans did not see the answer. "I'm going to the Indonesian embassy in China. You're going to take me, captain?"

"Embassy? What name is that?" Bumyen finally made a noise after making a fuss with the way his brain thought. "Zahra, I think you're a little weird. Your name is very foreign, and... The way you mention the names of the places is the same. Actually... What are you?"

Zahra's laughter broke out. Forest rabbits quickly hide behind trees. They're afraid--Zahra is the grandmother of a forest witch. The girl hit Bumyen on the shoulder after her laughter subsided.

"The strange thing is captain. Don't know the embassy, the name of the Indonesian state, and also wear old clothes like that."

"Old clothes?" Bumyen's smooth skin on the forehead area suddenly shriveled. "Zahra, you really are!"

Zahra did not respond. The curly-haired girl actually put her head to sleep on Bumyen's back. They enter dense forests where sunlight is so difficult to penetrate the leaves.

"In retrospect, I was confused too. How did I end up like this? Have I fainted and accidentally carried away your ship, Captain?"

"Really, where did you come from?"

"I'm tired of saying the name of Indonesia. Because you definitely don't know either! In fact, my country is very global! Batik, wayang kulit, candi and many other things are there!"

"Wayang kulit? So you are a follower of one of the Sunans in Indonesia?"

Note: Wayang Kulit is one of the cultures of Indonesia

"Not a follower either, but I'm actually a Muslim woman who... A little obedient. Sunan you mean it's called Kalijaga. He is one of the most important and great figures in the spread of Islam and culture in my country!"

For the first time, Bumyen knew the girl's origin. A region in the land of Java that was once a transit of its trade in the Majapahit Kingdom. He also heard that the royal entourage would stop by his territory. Bumyen suspects that the chatty girl behind him accidentally got into his ship when he should have been on board the royal ship.

However, the language used by Zahra does not come from java. Except, the Malay Government in Johor. It was different in some mentions, but Bumyen still understood it.

"If so, I will take you directly by ship to your country. Because I really want to meet Sunan Kalijaga and learn from him."

This time Zahra again burst into laughter. "You are so strange! Are we in the year where your clothes are successful?"

"You mean?"

Zahra's laughter subsided. Her hands rubbed the tip of the watery eye. "Sunan Kalijaga has been dead for a very long time. If you want to study, find another religious expert."

"What?!" Impossible. The last time he visited the Nusantara, he met one of the famous Admirals who was carrying the residents of the Ming Dynasty era. They talked in a shop. Cheng Ho never brought any bad news when sitting with him back then.

"Don't be kidding me, Zahra!"

"Why should I be kidding, Captain? Yes, everyone in my region knows that Sunan Kalijaga is," Zahra explained.

Nevertheless, Bumyen was still surprised by the girl's skills. He thought that Zahra was a palace servant or a slave to be sold. However, to Bumyen's knowledge, no slave was as late as Zahra. He was increasingly interested in the identity of the owner of the curls.

"You probably don't know the real news yet." Bumyen is still convinced of Sunan's whereabouts. "So, you're going to your country, aren't you?"

"Of course! But, is your money not enough to get me back by plane?"

"What's that plane?" In his entire life, Bumyen never knew there was a transport called a plane.

"Don't be kidding me, Captain. The time of the plane that can fly over the clouds doesn't know?!"

Bumyen shook his head innocently, "There are no planes in my country."

"Huh?!" Zahra squealed in shock. If her memory is not wrong, the military belonging to the Bumyen tribe is so powerful and famous in the world. "It's not a time to joke!"

"I'm not kidding."

Zahra chose silence. The little dove that was with her was already asleep in the bag. Hans was just walking without interrupting their conversation. Planes or ships, it doesn't matter to Zahra. The thing that was important for him was to be able to go home safely.

After a very long journey, Zahra and Bumyen finally reached a village. There where Bumyen grew as a child. So beautiful with the shadow of a Muslim girl who had stolen his heart and tied it tightly to the key he had. The key is embedded in the way she smiles. So sweet, that Bumyen found it hard to forget.

Large ships appeared to pull over at a dock far ahead. To be honest, Zahra's heart was so worried after such a long journey. She didn't see any people, nor did a village. But this? A traditional-looking resident house with a triangular-shaped roof on the beach. Beautiful, but very foreign to him who lives in the city area.

Until now, Zahra did not know the reason for being stranded in a place that she had never once seen. What about her parents? Zahra was so worried that she was completely gone. And Ant? Zahra missed her neighbor very much.

"What village? How old is it?" The comment escaped Zahra's mouth. Despite the evil thoughts that affect the mind, Zahra attempts to turn her world to the classic exotic buildings typical of East Asia.

"My village," Bumyen replied. He got off the horse first. Zahra was helped down by a man who was now viewed by some passing residents.

"Captain Bum?" A short-haired girl covered her mouth. "You really are Captain Bum?!"

"Ling Yie! I got a big fish..." Ling Yie's friend dropped the catch of a tuna. He was surprised, opening his mouth a little wide when he saw who was talking to Ling. "Captain...,"

"Chan!" Bumyen ran around crashing into Chan's chest. He hit his faithful servant's shoulder. "You're still alive, My God, thank you!"

Ling Yie smiled awkwardly at Zahra who was just staring in confusion. All the inhabitants of Bumyen's place wear ancient clothes. She had seen such clothes on an Asian television series.

"What... What happened to you, Captain? Why are you bringing... That damned girl?" Chan doesn't like Zahra's existence. Even his eyes stared cynically at the very young woman who was busy watching behind Bumyen.

"She saved my life, Chan. I owe my life to Zahra."

A debt of life? As Zahra recalled, Bumyen did not want to be attached to her.

"Zahra?" Ling Yie replied. "Where did this girl come from?"

"Majapahit Kingdom. I plan to take him home after seeing Tan."

Zahra replied, "Hey, Captain! The kingdom had collapsed hundreds of years ago. Why do you keep bringing up every name that comes from the past?"

"Is this girl crazy?" Ling Yie laughed sarcastically, "A month ago your kingdom came here. And you know? King Brawijaya V has taken something from ours!"

"Aarrgh!" Zahra groaned in pain. Her outstretched hand touched her head, "I am Dizzy! Please, help me!"

Captain Bum panicked he approached-grabbing Zahra's shoulder. Ling Yie and Chan were so confused at Zahra's condition. Fortunately, Bumyen supported the curly girl's body so as not to fall.

"Do you like this fruit?" A long-haired man gave apples to an innocent girl who just looked down shyly. "Take it, Kinara."

Zahra's breath raced after a glimpse of a shadow appeared in the memory. She didn't know who the man was. And... Kinara? Whose name suddenly came to mind? What's even more surprising is... Kinara has the same face as his face.

"What's wrong Zahra?" Bumyen touched Zahra's cheek. "You look so pale! I will take you to the physician."

"Healer?" Zahra's forehead wrinkled. The word healer sounded very old in the ear. "I'm okay. You better quickly see Princess Tan so that I can get home quickly."

Ling Yie and Chan's faces turned pale. They didn't think something like this would happen.

"Are you, really okay?"

"Yes, Captain."

Bumyen breathed a sigh of relief. He turned to look at Ling Yie and Chan. "Where's Tan?"

"Emm... Tan... exist... in--"

"Where?" Bumyen was annoyed at Ling Yie's way of speaking which turned nervous and looked doubtful.

"In... Majapahit, Captain."

"Majapahit?" Is this really what Bum's ears hear? "How could she be there? Is Syehk Bentong spreading Islamic knowledge of majapahit region?"

Ling Yie shook her head. Seeing Ling who was so afraid to face Bumyen, Chan took over. "King Brawijaya has married Princess Tan Eng, Captain."

"Married? Tan--my lover... Are you married?"
