A Man From Sky

Not knowing, is bad to begin a relationship. Therefore, an introduction is needed. However, for a Rafasya Azzahra it is not important to get acquainted with others. Even she in the future is very uninterested in throwing compliments at each other. She's used to living with her introverted personality. Not in the future, in the past, and now it's the same. Zahra was so hard to mix with others. Only the chosen ones for Zahra could be close to her. That's because she and someone have a connection.

"You should have apologized, Ra." Miko gave advice. Seeing Raden's face flushed with Zahra's punch, it must have been very unfair to a man who was willing to plunge into the water to help the life of the unknown girl.

"He's good. Who knew he would prevent your suicide?"

Zahra committed suicide hundreds of times. However, that one was outside her plan. She did not know if she would drown, then was saved by a stranger who was now treating her wounds with plants on the edge of the lake.

"It's not all my fault!" Zahra defended herself. Even so, she seemed to continue to pay attention to Raden's face that seemed to withstand the pain. "You guys are waiting here!"

Zahra walked up to Raden. She sat next to Raden who glanced at him with a look filled with question marks.

"Even though you're handsome, but that's no reason for me to apologize to you! With your face injured like this, the girls will probably scold me or even make a cut on my face to be the same as you!"

Raden was not careful in understanding Zahra's strange sentence. Why did she worry about the girls just because of the wounds he made himself?

"It won't."

"Wouldn't anything?" Zahra cupped Raden's face, "Woah, you're hard to explain huh! Are you a human being from the stars in the sky?"

Raden's hand shifted Zahra's hand until he was detached from his grip. Zahra snatched an upset--saw Raden's behavior so cold. Is this man angry with her too?

"Where did you come from? And why do you know this place?"

Raden stopped applying the leaf crush. "Your voice brought me here." Raden didn't lie, Zahra's very shrill voice did lead him here.

"Your voice is so beautiful, Kinara." The man with long hair smiled, giving a bunch of flowers to the figure of the girl sitting in front of the lute. "I like it."

"Arrrggh!" Zahra hit her throbbing head in pain. Raden was confused to see Zahra. "Kinara, get out of my head!"

"Zahra," Raden called. He was shocked when Zahra's body staggered forward. Raden quickly captured the girl's body. "Zahra?"

Repeatedly Raden had raised Zahra by patting her on the cheek and wiggled the girl's body on her lap. However, there was no response that indicated Zahra would wake up.

"Zahra!"

Under a hill stands a house belonging to a merchant supplying silk cloth from Chinese territory. His routine is to check the condition of goods from the port of the Musi river, then sell them through workers who have worked with him.

"Honey, eat first."

Bumyen who was inspecting the cloth in the storage room moved towards the door. Galih had already prepared a meal for her beloved husband.

"Dinda, What's cooking today?" asked Bumyen. Dinda was his favorite call to Galih. It's been ten years since they got married, but Galih hasn't been pregnant yet. And their homes are in harmony.

"Chicken soup, and--oh my gosh! Zahra!"

Bumyen and Galih ran over Zahra's horse that was carrying her master with a stranger.

"What's this?" Bumyen holds Zahra. After getting off the horse, Raden quickly explained.

"She suddenly fainted in the blue lake. I'm just a stranger who happens to pass by, and tries to help her."

"Quickly bring Zahra inside, honey!" Galih was so panicked when she saw Zahra not only fainting but also nosebleeds. "And please to you, call a healer for us!"

"Okay." Raden turned around, but Zahra's horse blocked his path. "Why this horse?"

"I'm wearing Zahra's horse. He will take you to the physician," Bumyen commanded.

Raden accordingly. He rode Zahra's horse to bring a healer to the strange girl.

"Honey, is the Kinara that Zahra told me is really real? Dinda was afraid that the memory of Kinara would bring bad things to Zahra's health!"

Bumyen stroked Galih's shoulder. This isn't the first time Zahra has experienced unconsciousness. However, Galih still can't calm down if she sees Zahra in pain because of her memory of Kinara.

"Prince, I am very grateful for the Prince's help last night." Kinara approached, then grabbed Kertabhumi's body. "Thank you," she said in the shade of a tree.

Kertabhumi stayed away for a moment. He invited Kinara to sit down with him. "Tomorrow, maybe I won't be able to see you this often. So, take a moment, Kinara."

Kinara sat next to Prince Kertabhumi. She laid his head over the Prince's shoulder. "It's not appropriate for me to be with the Prince. Maybe, the hanging I will face if someone sees this."

“It never will. I will protect you."

"Protecting? How could prince? I'm just a lucky woman you saved. Just being your personal servant, that's more than enough for me."

"Kinara--"

"The prince is going to marry that Princess Champa, right?"

"Uhukh! Uhukh!" Zahra's consciousness has returned. Galih quickly took a drink for her beloved adopted daughter.

Dug

"Awh, Captain!" cried Zahra, touching the arm. Bumyen accidentally hit the girl's arm.

"Galih almost cried because of your behavior, brat!"

"Hih! Aunt Galih would not be willing to live alone with the Captain without me, wlek!" Zahra stuck out her tongue.

Bumyen wanted to hit the bad girl a second time but had to be restrained for a while after Galih came from the direction of the kitchen.

"Drink, Ra."

"Thank you Aunt Galih," Zahra quipped. Bumyen secretly threatens Zahra with her clenched hands in the air.

"Captain why? Aches, huh?" Shit! Her adopted daughter was so cunning and ignorant. Bumyen couldn't do anything wrong with Zahra if he had his wife. "Auntie, go with the Captain. Zahra is fine."

"Yes, I should have eaten with Galih," Quipped Bumyen. Galih glanced sharply at her husband's expression which was now smiling broadly, "You must know, Dinda. I'm so hungry," Bumyen said, putting on a face.

Zahra resisted the sudden craving of nausea. Not long after, the door of the room rang. She gawked at the man she had just met was walking towards her bed.

"Again?" The healer shook his head. He checked Zahra's condition just by touching her pulse. "That potion yesterday is still, Captain Bum?"

"Yes," Bumyen said. "I'll tell this kid to drink it."

"Why is he here?" Zahra ignored Bumyen's lyrics which clearly forbid him to speak. "You're following me, aren't you?"

"Where's your ethics, brat!" Bumyen pulled Zahra's ear until her adopted daughter complained of pain. "He brought you here! Now, bring him home to the door!"

"No need, sir. I can--"

"This Zahra is used to fainting. Now, it's her responsibility to bring you back." Bumyen was firm. This time Galih excused her husband's attitude. Again, Zahra would just drive him to their doorstep.

"Alright," Zahra sighed impassionedly. She walked followed Raden in the back. "So, your name is Jinbun huh?"

"Yes."

Zahra folded her forehead when Raden walked ahead. "You don't want me to be escorted?"

"No." This time Raden stopped. "Do you know Kinara?"

Zahra ran over Raden. She nodded excitedly after standing in front of the man. "I'm Kinara!"

Raden gawked flatly. Seeing that rare expression made Zahra even more excited to admit who Kinara was.

"You know the reason I don't live in Majapahit?"

Raden chose silence.

"Because I'm Kinara! The lover of King Brawijaya V who currently leads the Majapahit kingdom. Woah, you must be amazed, right?"

"No, Zahra. I just feel sorry for you."

Zahra didn't understand Raden's intentions. She wanted to ask further why Raden should pity him? But it's too late. The man left without wanting to look at her confused expression.

They live here. Captain Bum and the girl that Mother often tells. Kinara is Zahra? So, the rumors are true? I have to tell you this news.
