*Beep, BEep, BEEP…*
I woke up to the sounds of beeps and the smell of sanitizer, I didn't need a jinn to tell me that I was at the sickroom... Ah, it's called hospitals now. My new vocabulary will need some getting used to. I pondered while looking around. I found out that I was in a white room with the curtains drawn open. Hmm, I see where the light was coming from, I concluded while adverting my eyes. Knowing I was alone was relieving, I required time to think and plan.
Finding out that I was reborn in a book didn't really shock me. No, what did was the fact that past me was a character from a book that just so happens to be by the same author of the book I was currently reborn in. Not knowing where the character began, or I ended was confusing, Was I this plot "Teirrah" or my past life plots "Teirrah".
Who was I?
I had lived one and a half-life controlled by a plot and worst of all the past me had only realized the truth seconds before my death, so I could not really change my fate, but now, I think I can, and I was going to give my all to do it.
The book I am currently living in was titled "the CEO Loving sweetheart" by author F....... "hmm it would seem my memories were a little fractured as I couldn't really remember the name properly, but I could perceive they were the same".
Like many other Mary sue Novels, the female lead was beautiful in a delicate way, as kind as mother earth and oh so perfect, at least to the male lead. She was what one would call a saint, forgiving and nice to a fault. I had come upon the story when a maid of mine had shown it to me in an attempt to insult me because the Author's pen name had had an insult commonly used by commoners living in the slums attached to my name. And the concept was foreign to me, and I couldn't help being interested that the Villainess was my namesake.
The female lead had been switched at birth and ended up in a poor family. But unlike when it was usually done by an enemy of the family or by a jealous relative, this was purely an accident. The nurse had had a hangover from the day before resulting in a massive headache and ended up switching the nameplates of the Babies.
The Female lead was later discovered to be the biological daughter and easily got the love of the parents, and that's when Teirrah comes in, or in this case me.
Finding the female lead a threat, she tries to harm her but fails and was eventually killed by getting caught in her own trap. Her death wasn't pretty, she had died bruised and swollen. The hidden villain never revealed themselves to the main characters, so after Teirrah's death there was nothing left but for the Female lead and Male lead to dominate the world, and they die while living with happy ever after.
"Ahh," I sighed. Recalling This plot Teirrah's death made me recall my own, how I was held down and ..... Shaking my head to get rid of my flashbacks, I pressed the red button, signally for a nurse. I needed to get away from the plot. I cannot die a meaningless death again. Not only that, but I want to live on my own terms now.
