After fooling around for a while we continue eating the pieces of meat.

If you as a reader are quite perceptive then you may have realized how incredible Ino solves things, if you are not a perceptive reader or perhaps you read very quickly then I explain that at one point in the conversation Ino brought up the problem afloat receiving a sincere apology from Yuu and then proceeding to distract his attention from him by masterfully changing the topic of the conversation.

It was so natural that even Yuu himself had forgotten that he was in the middle of a very important apology for a very serious matter.
