Chapter 079 Wrong Turn - 3

Song Recommendation: Everything I Need by Skylar Grey

The faint sounds of heavy booted footsteps filled the air around Delia, followed by the ruffling sound of papers and sheets as the randomized movement continued within the room she laid in.

With her eyes still shut, her body felt heavy and numb; from her waist down rest on the hard wooden surface of the floor and her back instead was resting on a pair of thighs.

Her brows knitted.

Suddenly, a muscular arm coiled under her neck to rest her head against a warm body — circling her lower belly with the other.

She moaned softly.

Feeling the light brush of five fingers on the side of her cheek, a light moan escaped her dried lips as her head turned slightly. Her eyes slowly pulled apart.

Squinting to the bright harsh rays that met her eyes, Delia grunted softly as she blinked twice — the blurry outline of a face became visible right above hers.
