ANGELINE sat quietly in the board meeting in the conference room. Next to her was Jacob's grandmother Madam Alecia and beside her was her grandmother.

And she was surprised to see Elda in the boardroom, taking the meeting minutes. She glanced at her once, and most of the woman's eyes were on her husband and smiling sweetly at him when Jacob asked for anything.
