FOR THE PARADE

"DID YOUR family already send a response?" Rekker asked when he saw Meri holding a letter with her family's crest. "What did they say?"

Meri smiled and sat beside him. "Of course, they gave me permission."

Right now, Rekker was in his personal library while checking the designs of the new uniforms that the royal family ordered for the royal knights.

Meri came during his break.

Hence, they took it as an opportunity to have tea while talking.

"Father had no choice left since I heard that the Crown Prince himself wrote a letter to our family," Meri shared with him. "Eclaire unnie said that the Crown Prince volunteered to do that. Apparently, it was his responsibility since His Royal Highness is in charge of the mission."

"That's true, but Prince Nathaniel didn't have to do that," Rekker said while shaking his head. "Noona's authority is the Luna is already more than enough to command your father to give his permission."
