"Hey… Hey Tristan, it's time to wake up," A girls voice shook me out of my slumber.
"Tristan?" This voice was deeper, a man's voice. "Up you get now bud, you've done well so far but you've got to wake up now."
Dad? But he was…
I felt a warm fuzz wrap over me, it was the feeling you got when you woke up on a cold day but your bed was wonderfully warm. The covers, all lined up in the right place. Your body feeling totally rested but knowing you didn't have to get up anyway.
"He's coming to, gradually. Gotta give him a bit more time," This voice was older, gruff. An old man perhaps? Someone I didn't know, that's for sure."
"I was worried he wouldn't come too at all," Came a voice, this one sounded closer to my own age.
"Well, I could have told you he wasn't in a coma. In fact, I did," The girl's voice replied, sounding snarky. That rang a bell.
