Chapter 11: Day 7- Times Up
{Niki}
Niki was.... furious. Spines out and anger risen she went to the area behind the throne, and put the necklace in a little key hole. "I promised that I would never go in this room, but my big brothers life is in danger!" She said walking into a room crowded with weapons. Though.... The ones she took would start her redemption.
{Carter}
"June. June wake up!" Carter said shaking him awake. They looked over to see Emerald throw someone in with them. "Careful. He's fragile~" She said sneaking away. The boy she threw in looked at them and said "Whoever you are allow me to introduce myself. I'm Damian, heir to the throne of the.... You know what we don't have time. Where are we?". June stepped up and said "You're on Emeralds ship, and have you seen one of our friends. Her name is Zira-" He then stopped him and said "Yeah I know her.".
The two looked thrilled until Emerald came in with her crew and grabbed the three.
{Zira}
"You will come with me to fix your mess, and my guards will search for my daughter." The queen said taking them outside. "Emerald is smart. She'll want to take our fight above water...." Zira said as the queen gave orders. "I know.". A few minutes later Emeralds ship is waiting above the water. "Guess your friend didn't care as much as I thought. Oh well, time to die!". Before she can impale them with her spikes a large ship raises above the water. She looks up to meet the eyes of Zira, and the queen.
"I'll handle the guards, you handle getting my friends and your son!" Zira said as they both jumped down. Zira started fighting the pirates and one by one they went down. Everything was going fine until she realized 'Where is Emerald?!'. She looked over to see the queen surrounded by pirates with her friends and Damian. Emerald was slowly approaching behind her with a spike.
"Oh I'm gonna regret this." She said flying over. The queen then turned around right as Emerald swung her forearm at her. .... nothing. "Well that is unfortunate." Emerald said as they all looked up to Zira with spikes in her arm as it was bleeding quickly. ".... Your.... Highness...." She said as she collapsed. The pirates took a step closer until out of no where they heard music.

The music kept going as they looked up to see a pissed off Niki wearing black gloves and with her fins out. When you got to her feet, she was wearing hot pink combat boots that adjusted to her feet. "EMERALD! You want these boots?!" She said jumping onto the deck with all the pirates looking towards her. ".... Come and get it.". All the pirates started going at her, but with fast, precise kicks she sent each one of them flying until she got to Emerald. "Stop right there or else I-" Emerald stopped talking as she kicked up her foot right before she hit her face.
"Oh little stone fish.... The antidote, now! Or I'll break off your spines one by one and make it myself. You are a true coward, you hide behind your crew hoping that they do all the work for you as you cower in fear." Niki says tossing them the antidote. "I'll leave you with a warning: get out of my sea, get out of my kingdom, and if I see you go near my beloved one more time the way you just did.... I will make your life H E L L.". After those words she ran and dove into the sea, never to be seen again.
The music then cut off as she walked over to Zira. She was injured, but alive. "Hey princess.... Nice job-" She was shut up as Niki kissed her. "Do that dumb shit again without any armor, and I'll ignore you for a week!". The both turned from a cough that came from June as he said "Zira! I'm glad you're alive but you've only been gone for a week and your dating a princess.". Zira hugged her and said "What of it?". June then sighed and said "Fine, but I better not find anything fishy later.... Oh god I made a pun.".

They were in the queens throne room as she sat down and said "Zira Kite. You are charged with.... Oh who am I kidding. Zira.... I'm sorry. I was so caught up in my own endeavors that I failed as a mother to see how you were making my daughter happy. And Niki," She said smiling. "I.... Have done a few questionable things because I though Zira was not worthy of you. So to apologize.".
She then went over to her brother as they both smiled at her. "Mom heard about these 4's quest and decided to let you go with them! I know it's not a lot but-" He went quiet as Niki Hugged them both tightly. "THANK YOU! I promise to be careful and safe okay!". She then ran off to go get a few things.

Outside at the shore where they are waiting for Zira. "Where is she?!" Niki says upset. "She's probably just taking a few minutes to fly around one last time." June said worried. The worry stopped as Zira flew down with a rope in hand. "Where have you been...." Niki said whining. "Oh come on! I was just getting our sweet new ride~". They looked up to see an airship with enough space for all of them. "I 'borrowed' it. I have Carter looking over the map, and I figured that since we have the sword and the boots that we should swing around to neutral and grab the weapon there!".
Niki both smiled and grimaced at the site of it. "Delightful....". June smiled and said "This is perfect! My wing is almost healed so by the time we get there the we can all go together! How about you Niki-" He stopped talking when he looked at her face. "Are.... Are you scared of heights?!". She looked at him and says "As long as you guys are there I'm fine.... Could on of you get me up there?".

{Emerald}
"Stupid, stupid, stupid!" She told herself as she was sulking up against a rock. "You look like you could use a hand.". She looks up and see's Darren himself. "Who the hell are you?!". He smiled and said "I'm Darren. It appears me and you have a common enemy, for me it's the birds, and for you it's the princess. My boss has had his eye on you for a while now, so what if I told you he could make you the most powerful fish in the seas.... And give you a legendary weapon of equal power!".
Emerald put away her spikes as he pulled out two devilish looking hatchets and through them at a boulder. When they his it shattered into pieces and when he held out his hands they came back. He tucked them at his sides and looked at her for a response. She smiled and went over to him taking his hand. "Where do we start?".
