My Demonic Contract

"What exactly is a boss?" Jayce was still new to the world of magic, making him ignorant of information that is common knowledge among mages.

"A Dungeon forms where there's a lot of mana in the area, drawing in nearby monsters. After fighting each other, the race of monsters that win makes the Dungeon their new home."

"Once the Dungeon recognizes its new inhabitants, it shapes itself to fit the monsters' living conditions."

It then begins to spawn those monsters to protect itself while it expands. A boss is a monster that the Dungeon chooses to guard the Dungeon's core." Britney said, remembering all she could regarding Dungeons.

"Compared to the Cyclops, how strong is the boss?"

"I have no idea. But if I were to guess, by itself, the boss should be able to defeat a Cyclops even being a grade below."

Boss Room
