Armor (Part 2)

Since there wasn't any way to communicate long distances inside the Academy, Jayce wanted to stay close by so he could pick the armor up as soon as possible.

Grabbing a stool by the counter, he took a seat next to Mia.

The two of them didn't say a word, letting silence fill the air that was quickly broken as a couple walked into the store.

They both had canine features with wolf-like ears and tails.

One was a burly man with short brown hair, while he wasn't per se muscular, it was clear that he wasn't inexperienced when it came to physical labor.

On his back, he was carrying a sack that was wrapped around his shoulders.

The other one was a woman, she was shorter than the man but not by much. She had long black hair that went down to the midsection of her back.

Unlike the man, she had delicate features that gave her a gentle appearance.
