My Demonic Contract

Jayce waited for a few seconds and when he didn't get a response, he knocked on the door again.

His ear twitched as he caught something moving behind the door but it was very subtle and only for a moment. Knowing that someone was home, he knocked for the third time but much louder.

This time, he didn't hear anything move beyond the door.

"Okay, that's it," Jayce muttered as he quickly double-checked that this was the correct address.

Making sure that it was and trusting that Mr. Norris wouldn't give him the wrong one, he activated one of his skills.

He created a dark tentacle on the other side of the door, unlocking it from the inside and pulling it open. Taking a step inside, his nose was assaulted by a strong pudget odor that caused his eyes to water.
