Chapter Thirty

Lia thought she knew how to do yoga.

Okay, the fact that she said "to yoga" should tell you she doesn't know anything about yoga.

And yet she attempted it.

She tried it because her back was killing her and her colleague at the school wouldn't shut up about its magical healing powers.

It shouldn't shock anyone by now, but she is not athletic. She really is not, and it's a fact. She thinks that the last time she was forced to do any form of exercise was exactly about three months ago. She was chasing down a taxi because she had forgotten her phone inside. The taxi still has her phone.

Her body is not used to exercise, but weirdly enough, she is not completely inflexible. She has been forced into various stretches in the past. And although she is sometimes sore for a few days after, she can still do them.

Hence, yoga.
