Chapter Fifty Nine

Alex took a sip of the wine she had just taken from the server, who kept passing around the room. Making sure everyone gets what they need. She was not so surprised because her father's birthday celebration this time was quite large considering that her father had reached the age of sixty years.

They celebrated it at Herrera's hotel, in one of their luxurious ballrooms, but not that big. Her father said the invitees were only one hundred people. But that would have meant reaching two hundred people, maybe even more, considering they must have brought a partner or their family. The invitees were important people who worked closely with her father over the years. And she shouldn't be surprised to see that the reporters are scattered everywhere.
