Season Two: Chapter Twenty Four

"Chelsea, honey! You're going to be late!" Lia shouted for her daughter from the kitchen while she was preparing breakfast. "Chelsea!"

Little Chelsea bounced out of her bedroom, clinging to a soft stuffed toy in her right hand.

Lia turned to the little girl and sighed to her daughter. "Chelsea, your toy can't go to school with you. You should know that by now, right?"

Chelsea nodded her head. "I am giving my toy to you, mommy."

"You're giving it to me? Why?" She questioned

"Because mommy is sad again..." Chelsea replied. "I want my toy to be with you when I am in school."

Lia's heart cringed when she saw how her daughter was worried for her. And she felt herself being so useless.

So weak and useless in front of a child.
