Chapter 81 - Cigars

"Mr. Jonathan Kane, I would highly suggest not to speak about matters you shouldn't."

Despite the clear threat hidden behind the words of warning, the old man, Jonathan Kane didn't seem to be phased by it at all. He puffed at his cigar once more, before he scowled at the woman.

"Or what? You will send these soul-less hulks at me?" He sneered at the thought, turning his gaze at the tabloid device in the masked woman's hand. "You should already have all the important info about me on your little screen right, Miss. 38?"

As he spoke, he slowly, calmly pushed himself off the lamp post he was using for his means of comfort, and slowly walked towards the crowd. His scowling, contemptuous gaze was focused on the woman standing atop the stairs.

"Before you begin flaunting your power and speak about those demons behind you, think about it for a second. Seeing my profile, you should already know better than to act rashly, right?"
