Shi Lang looked at Ling Shijin who just asked him why he hate Juan Family. He looked around, not sure if he should talk in such an open space or not. It was not that he was scared, but he did not wish to fall before he could avenge Amelia.

Ling Shijin said, "You can say whatever you want here. The family mansion is surrounded by multiple barriers. No one can peek inside."

Shi Lang thought for a moment and said, "Juan Xuan killed my wife. He and his family needs to pay for his arrogance and insolence."

As he spoke, the scenes of what happened flashed in his mind and his eyes changed color. The people of the Ling family were shocked, they did not expect for his killing intent to have reached such a high level that it was almost materializing.

However, Ling Shui's eyes flashed with something that no one else noticed. She saw a trace of sadness and regret hidden under Shi Lang's blood red eyes. She said, 'Father, let's not test him. His eyes are true.'
