First day at school

I hate school so much. Not because of the boring lessons, no it's not because of that. It's because of these girls in front of me. "Hey Mary why didn't you bring any snacks for us, your going to make us feel bad" said a girl with long brown hair. "And when we feel bad, we have the urge to punch something evil to let out our guilt" said another girl this time short black hair.

Everyone in this school knows about my family since I accidentally said my fathers name in middle school. Ever since then I have been bullied by these kids saying that I'm the spawn of a freak.

I don't know why saying who my father is got me into this situation. Not even the teachers will try to help me in this situation. Though I will not give up since I have a crush on someone here. His name is Mark Simon, his ability allows him to create ice out of mid air and create objects with them.

The short haired girl raises her hand up and was ready to slap me until we heard a commotion outside. "Huh what's going on" said the long haired girl as she and her friend walk out of the classroom, forgetting about me.

What ever happened that caused a ruckus outside I am truly grateful for that to happen. Soon more and more people walked into the hallway causing more noise.

I ignore it and prepare myself for our class, since today since we have a project. It's worth sixty percent of our grade, so if we fail then it's going to be near impossible to pass this class.

I grab a book put and begin to read it to myself.

After five minutes of reading everyone came back into the classroom followed by the teacher. Our teacher is an elderly women who was known to be in the top ten on the heroes ranks. "Ok everyone grab your books and open to page 45 and begin your project." Many people groaned hearing about the project, I would to if I didn't know about it before hand.

The project we are doing is about The history of great heroes and villains. We basically have to research a hero and villain, look into their past and what they did before they became these roles and see what was their push that made them what they are now.

I began to read about the hero named bubble and the villain named vena. Vena was a villain that used several poison attacks, but thanks to bubbles water ability he was able to trap the poison and the villain in his giant bubbles.

Kind of a funny way to be defeated to be honest. I continued studying these to people for about five to ten minutes when all of a sudden there was a knock at our classroom door.

The teacher got up and walked to the door. She opened it and after sometime chatting with the person at the door she walked back inside with a slip in her hand and the person behind her.

"Class this is a new student, his name is Victor Skull." I look up to see who the new student is. I look and see someone that I met before. "It's you" I say out loud as I point at the boy as I know him. He was the bartender at the bar that I went to apologize to for my father's inconvenience.

"Mary you know him" a student next to me said. The rest of the students looked at me, making me feel embarrassed causing me to sit back down.

"Ahem, please young man, introduce yourself to the rest of the students" our teacher said as she went back to her table.

"As she said my name is Victor Skull. I am home schooled and I hope to have a good relationship with you all."

Several girls began to whisper to one another including my bullies.

"Is there any questions you have for me" victor said as he looked around the classroom. A student raised her hand up "yes what is your question."

"My question to you is what your ability is." Everyone turned to his direction wanting to know what his power was.

"Oh you want to know what my power is. I guess I could tell you, but that would be no fun" he said making several people go into a fit. "Hey I bet your power is weak and stupid" said a boy who was always trying to show off to the girls.

"Oh" Victor said, through the entire conversation and when he walked into the class his eyes were closed the whole time. It was when that boy said those words did he open his eyes.

We all, including the teacher, felt a sinister and scary presence coming from him. It was as if the person was going to kill us all. Everyone then saw his eyes. His eyes were pure white as if he was blind, but for a split second we all saw something in his eyes. The thing we saw in his eyes resembled monsters our parents would tell us about before we went to sleep.

There is a saying that the eyes are a portals into ones soul.

The feeling we all felt disappeared for a bit and we all looked at one another. "So, do you want to find out what my power is."

Everyone looked at the boy who tried to provoke Victor. We all could see him trembling "n-no sir."

After a while the teacher assigned his seat next to me for some reason. When he sat down several students scooted their chairs away from him.

"Hi I believe we met at my families establishment" he said as he put his hand towards me awaiting a hand shake. I shake his hand and he opens a book.

"Maybe I shouldn't have done anything extreme on my first day" I say as I look around and saw people avoiding my gaze. Yeah I think I shouldn't have done what I did.

What I did was something I realized I could do when I was working out before I had to go to school. Basically if someone gazes into my eyes they will be hit by a strong emotion of fear.

I don't why of course, all I knew was that they just would. Any way I'm finally at her school, I wonder who are her friends here.

I look back at the book we were reading and it was basically about the past great hero's and villains. There was a hero who was able to open a hole in space, causing the hole to suck in nearby beings. There was also a villain who was able to melt his body into acid and used that to destroy several cities water system. Don't know why he targeted water system, but he was stopped by a hero was was able to evaporate all liquids including him.

I read through the books trying to see if there is a ability like mine or at least close to mine that I could base off on. I look and look through the pages and only find one person who had a similar ability to mine.

The villains name was for some reason gone but her ability was still written. Her ability allowed her to summon dimensional horrors to fight for her and after they are done they go around and kill anything they see delicious. Of course she was killed by none other but these horrors when they deemed her as useless and killed her. She of course sealed them back before she died, making her a hero as well as a villain.

The more I read this book the more I wondered how this was not destroyed. There was a hero who was able to summon meteors and a villain able to create hurricanes any where they wanted. And yet this world is still standing and still has human life.

To me it sounds impossible for any life form to survive these abilities especially if they are this common. It's possible there are people who are able to fix the damage of ability users, but the book never revealed people with the abilities.

Class ends and everyone goes to lunch. I see Mary, I got her name by a couple students talking about her in class, get up and leave the classroom. I also get up to follow her but get stopped by two people "Hey you think you pretty tough back there didn't yah."

The two people blocking me were two buff people. "System can you tell me what their stats are."

[System can not. The system can tell you if there is a chance of winning or losing]

"Ok what are my chances here."

[The host has a 98% of winning]

I like these odds. I try to walk around these two guys, but one of them grabs my collar. "Ha your nothing but a weakling" bully A says as he smirks.

Bully A then pulls his arm back and was ready to punch me in the gut. "Before you hit me I have a question" I say to bully A. He looks at me "what is your question?"

"I know that we can fight in lunch and passing period so does that mean we can fight anywhere and anyone we want as long as we're in the school." He looked at me confused "yeah wh-."

Before he could finish speaking a quickly punched him on his face. People who saw my not well built figure would think that my punches don't hurt, but oh are they wrong.

Upon impact I felt something on his nose pop and the bully was sent flying. He hit a few desks on the way causing him to get more in pain. I looked at bully A and saw that he was knocked out and looked at bully B. "Can you get out of my way now" seeing his partner get launched by a single punch he obediently moved out of my way.

The nearby people look dumbfounded at what I did and didn't dare get in my way. I walked down to the cafeteria and looked around. I saw Mary in the line waiting for food, I also get into the line, not because of Mary bur because I'm hungry.

I haven't eaten food for weeks and now that I left the bar for a long period of time my body is craving for food. I get into the line and noticed that there were also none ability users eating here as well. I can see some getting robbed in broad day light and the teachers not doing anything about it. It confused me since the principal of the non-ability users would obviously do something about this. Did she just put up an act to scare me or something.

I grab the food and walk to the cashier "name please" said the lunch lady. "Victor Skull."

She then typed on a computer and stopped typing. She then looked at me with a horrified face "enjoy your meal" she said with fear in her voice. Why did she react like that?

I sit down at a table and was about to eat my food until "Hey can we sit here?" I look and see a group of girls holding trays standing to my right. They look at me with smiles on their faces "Sure I don't mind."

"Thank you" one of them said and they all sat down onto the table. I began to eat my food, it was Red beans with beef, and as I was eating one of them asks me a question. "So do you have a crush on anyone at this school."

Hearing this question I answer honestly "No, I don't have a crush here." I continued eating my food and drank a bit of water but mid way through I got asked question "What are you into."

"What do you mean by that?"

"We mean what kind of p##n sites do you watch" I quit literally spit out the drink I had in my mouth and looked at her. "Uh why do you ask?"

"No reason just wondering" I knew about this stuff since it was in my world, of course it was outlawed due to many women and men wanting perverted people to stop do stuff on those kinds of sites. I never been on a site like that, but I know what is was about thanks to news.

"Well I'm not into that kind of stuff so I into any of those sites" the girls look at me as if I'm lying. They continue asking me personal questions that make me feel uncomfortable. I finished my food quickly and left that table.

I leave the cafeteria and head back to the classroom. As I walk a bunch of girls begin to walk up to me and ask things about me. I answer their questions the best I can and head to my classroom. As I reach the classroom I sit down and lay my head onto the table.

"I swear if someone asks me another question about me I'm going to lose my marbles." I look at the clock inside the classroom and see that I have about twenty-five minutes left until lunch is over. "This was a mistake" I say to myself as I remember the peaceful bar that I could go to that had nothing bothering me.

But no I chose to become a stalker keep and eye on a girl. Now that I'm hearing this it really sounds bad.

I begin to question my reasoning in accepting this task. As I was thinking I hear a curious conversation in the classroom "Hey did you hear that Mary somehow knows the new kid."

"Oh really well we got to show that villain to not corrupt innocent people" I look up and see two girls, one short haired and the other one longed hair. "What are they talking about" I muttered as I look at them.

Seeing my gaze the two girls quickly look away while blushing for some odd reason. Girls I'm never going to understand them, not in my previous life and definitely not in this one.

I lay my head down and take a small nap.

*** (The two bullies POV)

"Aw look he is taking a little nap he looks do cute" said my friend who was looking at the new kid. To be honest he did look cute while napping.

"Hey why don't you check his dream" my friend told me, my ability is known as Dream walker. It allows me to see people's dream as well as their memories, since memories and dreams are the same.

"Hmm sure, keep an eye on my body" I told my friend as I sat down on my chair. She gave me a thumbs up and I begin to use my ability on the new kid.

My vision begins to distort and turn into a dark area and soon only white flames are around me. "Which one were you again" I said as I got up and looked around looking at the spot where the boy was at. I see a flame in the spot of the new kid and see that it's shining brighter than everyone around.

I grab the flame and my body begins to enter it. My vision once again begins to distort and I lose consciousness.

I regain consciousness once again as I look around and see a lush forest around me. The trees for some reason were colored blue, but I payed it no mind.

I begin to walk around and see someone in the distance. I walk to that person "is it the new kid or maybe his lover" I say with a big grin on my face.

As I walk the nearby trees seem to be getting darker and darker until their leaves were entirely black and their bark were also black. I began to feel uneasiness as I walk more and more to the person.

When I reached the person I felt fear. The person was talking to little dolls, but that wasn't the thing that terrified me. It was what was behind them that terrified me. I could see three big creatures one a man wearing some kind of suit and had a skull as a head, whose eyes were glowing bright blue. One that was a looked like a cloud but had spikes and bodies all over it, and the other one was a wolf the size of a bus who was pure white and had four red eyes and six pairs of wings on its back.

Behind these creatures were piles and piles of bodies that formed a mountain. As I looked at the top of the mountain I could see a woman who had dark hair and pure white eyes. She then moved her mouth and as if she was close to my ear I heard what she was saying.

"You aren't supposed to be here, this will be you last mistake." Her voice was old and bone chilling the pills of bodies then disappeared and the person talking to the three dolls then looks at me. The man had black hair and brown eyes "Who are you?"

I suddenly left his dream and returned back to reality panting for air. My friend mistaking my quick panting for something else said "oh did you do something in his dream?"

I look at my friend and was going to tell her something until I heard a chair moving to my right. I look in the direction and see the new kid standing up while looking at his desk. His eyes then turned in my direction and I could have sworn that I saw three beings in them.

He than began to walk to me, causing my heart to race not out of love or joy, but out of fear. When he was breathes away he leaned towards my ear and says "you shouldn't have done that, that is your last mistake.

I open my eyes and hear screaming around me. I look to see where it came from and see the girl who was acting as a hero looking at me. She looked like she was going to cry. As I looked at her once again she flinch's for some odd reason.

Her friend seeing this looks at me and says in a demanding and annoying tone "What did you do to her!"

I look at her as if she is a idiot "what do you mean what did I do to her?" She then says "You did something to my friend that made her scared so what did you do!"

"I have no clue what your on about, all I was doing was taking a nap" this seemed to make her mad. "My friend jumped into your dream so what did you do!"

Oh this sounds interesting "So your friend jumped into my dream with out my permission, well whatever happened she deserved it."

The girl was going to retort until the bell rang and everyone had to go back to their desks. "I'll remember this" I heard her mumble.

I think it's best if I get know more about those two before I do anything rash. As class begins we continued on the lesson for the rest of the day and I must say it was boring.

After class was over everyone in the ability user side of the school went outside. When we got outside many of the students looked nervous, which confused me. Soon the principal came outside and stood Infront the mass of students.

"As you all know it is in our tradition to hold a villain vs hero competition on the last day of the week. Now allow me to explain the rules for those who are new or do not pay attention. There is two teams one is the villain and one is the hero, and to clear up misconception, no we are not training you to be villains. You can think of the other side as villains and your side heroes. These two teams will have a random amount of people in the and random people. We also have medical teachers on the side lines just in case anyone was dealt a fatal injury."

"To determine how many are on a team we use this computer behind me to determine who's on who's team and how many there are." The teachers then drag to TVs and a computer with them. The TVs then turn on showing the team size and names.

The screen began to roll and soon the first team popped up showing the number seven and the names on the other. Soon more and more popped up and after a couple of spins the spinning was over.

"Uhm sir my name wasn't shown on the screen" I say to the principal. "Oh we don't send new students in these events until a month later. If you want to join you can trade your privilege and give it to someone and join that team."

This seems understandable. I looked at the names once again and saw Mary name. The max amount of members in a team was ten. Mary was on a team of three and her opponent had about eight people on their team. Since it was a friendly competition I didn't want to get involved and so sat down o to the grass and was ready to watch.

Or I was going to if I didn't recognize two people on the enemies team. They were the two girls that went into my dream when I was napping. When one looked at them one would think that they were ordinary girls, but for some reason something was telling me something wasn't right.

I look at Mary and her team Mayes and decided what to do "Hey principal I would like to switch out my pass if that's ok." He looked shocked at hearing my words "are you sure?"

"Yes I'm sure" I said to him. He looked at me and just sighed "Ok with who do you want to switch with."

"I would like to switch with her" I said as I point towards Mary. This shocked everyone who saw who I pointed at. People began gossiping of course and making rumors now.

I ignore them and wait for the principal response. He looks at me and whispers "if your being threatened by her father to do things for her you don't have to listen to him, the school is protected by the government so he can't touch this place."

Well that bit of information was good to discover. The school being protected by the government is news that I would most likely discover on my own, but it was good to know it this early. Also what did Mary father do that caused the school to be wary of him.

"Don't worry I'm not being threatened or anything on the lines of that, I'm doing this on my own according." He was going to say something but stopped himself "very well then go do what you want to do."

He walks to where the rest of the teachers were at and watched the battles.

The battles began. The layout was basically students in a circle and teachers who could use protective abilities. And so the battles became hectic with many of the students using abilities that would kill ordinary people. What I learned from this is that ability users could withstand several explosion before they get knocked out.

After waiting for a while it was finally my turn and when I got into the circle and the countdown began. "Get ready in three, two, one START" and just as the teacher said start my team mates surrendered.

I look at the two confused before I remembered it was a three vs eight. I look at the eight people and they began to charge at me. "Hey I have a question" I yell at the teacher, hearing this caused the eight kids to stop for a bit.

"What is your question" asked the teacher. "Can we do as much damage to our opponents as we like." The teacher looked at me for a bit and replied "You can since we have teachers able to regrow missing limbs."

"Well that's good" I said as I looked at the eight kids "Ok let's continue." As I say these words a kid appeared behind me and punched my back. Or tried to but as he touched it, the spot where his fist would have hit turn white as snow and his hand passed right through it.

He pulled his hand back out of pain and when he looked at it he saw that his hand was now purple. "I would get that check if I were you as you now have frostbite" I say to the kid looking back at the other seven kids. Heating my words the kid surrendered and left to get his hand treated, the other kids also became wary of me.

They then huddled up and began to chat. I allowed them to chat for a bit and when they were done they looked at me with a look of determination. Three of them ran to the right and two of them ran to the left, the other two stayed where they were at watching me. I look at the students as I am confused at their plan.

I take a step forward and as I do my foot gets shot by a needle. I hold the pain in and look at where it came from and see one of the two students fingers turning I needles. I take the need out and was about to charge at the student but was hit by something that felt like metal rod.

I look and see a girl who's hand was turned into metal. I then feel a cutting pain at my leg and see a boy who's heel had something sharp on it. I keep getting attacked by these students.

When I try to attack the two kids standing in the single spot they were at attacked me and when I tried to get to them the others attacked me. "I must say this is good team, but it isn't enough to stop me" I say as my body becomes entirely made of snow.

One of the kids punched me in this form and regretted his action as his was now purple. I look who was dumb enough to do this and see the girl who used a dream ability on me. What a dumb person

I attack the students one by one, the frostbite they were getting caused them to surrender and get treatment. It was down to two kids one was the needle girl the other being the dream girls friend. "I wonder what your ability is" I say to the girl.

"Get ready to find out" she says as she snaps her fingers. My snowy body then gets cut in half, this of course didn't harm me but got me concerned on what her ability was. She then snapped her finger again and again. She kept snapping her finger causing my snowy body to get cut and reform, not allowing me to move a single muscle.

As I get hit more and more by her ability the more I get annoyed by it. "That's it" I said as I launched myself towards her once again. She was about to snap her finger but stopped when my body hit the ground turning into nothing but snow.

Confused she stopped and tried to process what happened to me. My plan was to secretly go to her and attack her when she least expected it. She looked around more and more and when she had her back to me I rose back up a punched her back. She got surprised but couldn't react due to the pain she received from the frostbite.

She surrendered immediately when she felt the pain. I looked at her last ally, who was the needle girl, and said "just surrender you can't win."

I guess she got mad at my words cause she started sending barrages of needles in my direction. They of course passed through my body. I began to walk closer and closer to her and the more I walked closer to her the more she kept throwing needles at me.

I was in arms length from her and was towering over her, she was a very small girl probably 5'4 or 5'5. I looked at her and she looked at my eyes with fear on her face "I surrender" she said with a quaking voice.

I go back into my normal form and walk out of the human circle that was made for the rounds. As I got closer several of the students began to move away from me. I walked out of the human circle and ask a nearby teacher "is school over?"

The teacher looks at me and says "Yes it's over so you can head home now., but you can stay and fight more people if you want to." Why would anyone want to continue fighting? I walk to leave the school but stop upon receiving a notification.

It went on five more times until it finally stopped. "Oh does me fighting enemies and winning give me stat boosts, if so then I should participate in those fights once again."

I open my stats and to see the changes that occurred.

Downside- the Monster will start at F rank and will raise rank over time and real combat experience. The user must wait over a week to create a new Monster. The Monster will have its own feelings and thoughts]

"Hey teacher you know what I'll participate more in these fights" I said as I turn back around and looked at him. The teacher seeing my gaze shudders at the sight of my eyes looking at his eyes.

I get back in line and wait for my turn to be called. Here are the rules for the second round if you got eliminated you can't go back in even if your team won. So this means I will have to one vs a lot of people

The second round began and we'll when my turn came up everyone surrendered. I guess this is to be seen since I showed everyone snows ability, and since he gives frost bite it is obvious that no one would want to fight me.

This ruins my plans since this means that I can't get any stat increase in these fights. I walk out of the circle and after a couple of minutes the third and final round begins. It's basically the same rules as the last round.

I walk into the circle when my name was called and I see two people on the opposite side. I look at these two and notice something, they seem pretty close are they perhaps boyfriend and girlfriend.

I see they are hesitant at first but after a while they nod their heads and get into a stance. "Yes thank you almighty being watching over me for not sending me two cowards."

The match begins and the boy creates a shield made put of ice and creates a sword made out of blue flames. "Uh this is going to be hard" I said as I see the blue flames. The girl then activates her ability and she is soon covered in a red mist and her eyes soon turned from one of worry into one that looks like it wants to skin me alive. The boy tosses the girl the flame sword and she grabs it.

Surprisingly it doesn't burn her, I wonder is he able to control how the flames react. Both the guy and the girl charge at me with a determination in their eyes.

I go into snow form, but as I do the girl slashes the blade at air and the slash soon created a slashing line going into my direction. I move to my right to avoid the slash but as I do I see the boy to my right slamming his shield into me.

I didn't get hit by the shield as it passes through me and I see it as a dumb move. That is until I felt a searing pain in my left arm. I look and see the girl having slashed at my arm. At the wound I can see blue flames still burning melting the snow in that area.

In quick response I make that part fall down to try to suffocate the flames. When it hit the ground instead of it getting suffocated it instead grew bigger causing my left arm to completely melt away.

I look at the melted arm and back at the two. I jump back trying to gain some distance from them as I try to process what just happened to me. I look back at the missing limb and confirm that I really did just lose a limb.

I look at the two with rage in my eyes "you should surrender if you want to live" the girl said trying to scare me but it instead fueled the flames of hate.

I think on what to do. "This ability allows me to turn my body into snow that I can use to move freely so this allows me to use it in many ways."

I think on what I can do with ability and a idea pops into my head. "Well let's see if this works" I said as my body begins to disintegrate into thin air. The sight shocked the two students and everyone around the fight.

The teachers were about to open the barriers until they saw snow begin to build up. It started small with a few little specks but then began to fall as if there was a blizzard. The boy and girl try to fight it off but couldn't. A couple seconds into this blizzard they could see their skin begin to turn blue as they were quickly getting frostbite.

After a couple more seconds in the blizzard they finally surrendered. The blizzard stopped and began to reform, the snow soon began to make a humanoid body which was mine. The teachers looked at me shocked not because of the move I just did but because of my left arm. When I was reforming my body it seemed that the extra snow was used to heal my missing limb so I guess I had nothing to worry about.

I leave the circle and prepare to head back to the bar in which I call home. Unlike other kids who had back packs and had to get back to their classroom to grab it, I don't need to since I don't have a bag.
